neuroradiology is limited to my residency experience.
From the non-contrast enhanced CT head, which is not modality of choice for
brain space occupying lesion, and based on pt's hx, it does look a lot like
a abscess in the left frontal lobe. The lesion is ring-shaped with lots of
edema surrounding it and evidence of mass effect. In pt who developed the

病人：男性，30岁左右。
症状描述：12月2号开始感觉身体不适，发低烧（37度1-2），喉咙痛，胸腔难受，全身
乏力，12月底出去游玩了一趟，受了凉，开始鼻塞，症状有所加重。后来鼻塞症状消失
，但低烧持续不退，体温略有上升，胸腔难受，疲劳乏力。3个月以来，一直在发低烧
（37度3-4），皮肤过敏发红，胸腔难受，心跳过快。
就医过程：12月初开始看家庭医生，她认为不算发烧不开药。12月中耳鼻喉科专科医生
认为有鼻窦炎，但只开了泰诺和nasal spray。1月底，发烧持续，而且上升到37度3-4
，血检中的一项：类风湿因子RHEUMATOID FACTOR过高，家庭医生推荐到了风湿免疫科
的专科医生处。这位专科医生的诊断结果是：未知原因弥漫性结缔组织疾病Unknown
Diffuse Connective Tissue Disease。并说，从症状来看，怀疑是红斑狼疮。她开了
激素和胃药Methylprednisolone & Omeprazole，也安排了多项血检。因为这位医生太

本来以为如果只是Diffuse B lymphoma用R-CHOP方案还能有一些机会。
但后来又是一系列的检查，最后FISH检测结果发现了MYC,BCL2,BCL6同时呈阳性，国内
叫“三打击”，即Triple Hit Lymphoma（THL），非常少见，恶性程度很高，预后也极
其不乐观。
主治医生说干了这么多年，只记得见过三个案列，其中一个检查完就没再来了；另一个
娭毑化疗了一次也再没来了。
月初我爸低剂量CHOP化疗了一次，有些效果，也有些改善。但最近一周又开始恶化，正
在等下周一开始做第二次化疗。。。似乎也只能听天由命了。 |

学校宗旨是一模一样的，丝毫没有提到不鼓励娃之间的互动。老师只是不会force

的回复》不禁用功细读了几遍细想了几通，仍有诸多不理解和不敢苟同之处。我

安装时造成的。灰斑是diffuse sheet上的灰尘，是后期使用过程中灰尘进入LCD后产生
的，主要是LCD设计问题，toshiba爹而它家的子孙的LCD这个问题特别常见，比如
toshiba, 三爽，LG都是这类。彩色点/黑点是dead pixel.
背景有颜色，其实是可以透过这个小灰点看到背景的颜色的，感觉，就好像屏幕上沾了
灰似的，当然我很确定地擦过了，不是真的沾了灰。如果是真的dead pixel的话，应该
只是一个死气沉沉的小灰点，不可能还能透过点点看得到别的颜色吧？）。
