不能如何去做去侵害受保护主体的如上权利。是对政府的限制， 而不是对私营企业的
限制。
油管，推特这种私营企业按照现行法律，并不受限。
（说两句题外话，这里有两点本教主有非议;
a), 本教主认为垄断性行业的私营企业也应该受限，或者排除其垄断性质（反托拉斯法）
b）这些企业如果号称过他们维护言论自由，就应该受限--按照公众契约论处）
所以说油管推特删除一定倾向性的言论（往往以违反他们policy为由），往往会引起道
