我不知道还有其它地方查super,只是看到之后一算,发现符合之前说的17%的比例,但是

南san jose的填埋场一九二几年就存在了, 只填埋而不compost, 一直没有异味。因为
正常作业的垃圾填埋不会臭，垃圾composting才会臭。之前milpitas的lawsuit也是针

今天在铺子里做税表，冲进来一个老印，说是IBM的。他说有人给他打电话，声称是IRS
的官员，用的202的区号。问他前两年是不是在宾州工作，老印说是，那人说老印欠税
，让他补税。老印不知道是真欠税还是怎么地，就被糊弄住了。那人让老印到walmart
买cash card, 然后寄过去。老印估计是想想不对劲，来咨询我。我说那当然是欺诈了
，不用理他。
就在这时，电话又响了，老印放在免提，我真的听到一个男人说他是officer XX from
IRS XXX department，calling from Washington DC, 要老印快寄钱；老印很硬正地说
，我不相信你是IRS的，我让我的tax consultant 和你说话。我接过电话说，IRS从来

loan application拿到了conditional approve。我们的中介今天改口说不给1%回赠了
，一开始说是federal law不允许或贷款银行不准，最后说是他挣的钱，不给。我们觉
得他这样做很有点耍赖，就有点不想和他合作了。但是就目前情况而言，我们还能换中
介或turn down offer但不损失earnest money吗？
对了，银行的conditional approve要求我们不交的材料中有两条，我不知道可否用来
让conditional offer变成fail?
