hurts my heart. I did EKG test 3 days after, showed everything just
fine.
However my heart didn't show any symptoms during the 30-second EKG test.
I felt light unexpected heart vibrations from upper right heart, light
pains from that area and sometimes across upper to bottom (AGAIN, very
very light that I talked to doctor, she said don't even worry about it).

外面的皮会自己掉下来。如果已经剪开了，那就要象对开放伤口那样处理，比如要用纱
布或dressings包扎。
最好去医生那里看看，有的医生会把那个切开的皮剪掉（我在急诊室做volunteer的时
候看到他们这么做的），然后涂上bactrim等抗生素，包扎。

是说 Kind of discomfort，but not emergent with life risk. 疼痛可以用止痛药，
weakness一般很难解除，可以测血压是不是太低或是太高，控制一下血压或是输液。如
果有呕吐症状的话，开点呕吐药。如果有Low-graded fever的话，吃点 tylenol or
mortrin, 基本就只能这样了。
这就是 Symptom management.不做病因诊断，只控制 Discomfort. 然后，到华人医务
中心做进一步的病因诊断，看是不是癌。

我巴不得所有的病人都是annual check up.不要有别的complain.
可惜的是病人一来看病就说这儿不舒服那儿不好的。当病人有discomfort complain的
时候，医生就要继续问下去，去查去搞清楚去下诊断。哪个医生去这样给你偷偷摸摸多
看几个病，医生只会觉得病人太多discomfort complain了。动不动就chest pain,
headache, muscle pain, dizziness, SOB. 要指疼药，要安眠药。
医疗费用上涨你们也不看看多少美国人还是非法移民还是探亲移民，不去工作多挣一分
钱，反而是从政府那里去申请免费得Medicaid,Medicare.
以后买买提上给父母兄弟移民办绿卡申请医疗福利的人就别在怪医疗费用高了。

after about 3 miles. But it felt good after the run, and the discomfort
appeared again after about 2 hours of run when I sit in the car...Nothing
wrong when I compress the muscle using fingers.

共的执政业绩到底如何呢？
众所周知，在1949年中共建政以前，由于战火肆虐，外敌横行，中国的国土四分五裂，
满目疮痍；人民普遍食不果腹，人均寿命仅为41岁。但在今天，中国已跻身世界第二大
经济体，成为在全球有重要影响的大国；人民生活迅速改善，人均寿命已达74岁。
但问题还不至于此，对于中共的执政地位，西方的政治和知识精英即使不是直接否定，
也难掩其不快之意。这自然有其原因，在在西方媒体对中国的叙述中，有五大误解流传
甚广，甚嚣一时。以真相揭穿这些误解，已是刻不容缓。
误解一：由于没有选举，中共的执政地位没有得到其治下人民的认可。根据皮尤研究中
心的报告，中国政府享有高度支持，支持率在世界各国中十分靠前；2010年间，中国民
