iv-tr已经改成social phobia,其实是把social anxiety也放进去了，就是说也可以是
指害怕特定的场合或特定的情况而不一定泛指．学生问的我想是现在平常日常生活使用
的social anxiety和social phobia的区别．但以前ｄｓｍsocial phobia 是叫social
anxiety disorder. 而你给的帖子解释的好像是在social anxiety disorder里面的
social anxiety.
不知道我说明白了没有．这下死翘翘了．但我觉得口语中的social anxiety只是口语，
但social phobia 是正式dsｍ disorder的术语．

家，abnormal包含的范围很广，psycho只是其中一个小部分而已。今天就开始讲
abnormal的大致分类吧。相信人人都吓一跳，原来自己也有沾边，呵呵。
首先是anxiety disorder，以焦虑为主要表现的各种不正常，比如，惊恐症Panic
disorder，这个又分带有或者不带有广场恐惧症两种，PDA (panic disorder with
agoraphobia), panic disorder without agoraphobia (PD)。这个惊恐可不是一般的
下一跳，发作的时候，患者会心跳加速，汗流浃背，好像心脏病发作，似乎随时就会死
亡一样。
书上用一小段写了一个极端的例子。一个67岁的老妇人，20年没有走出家门，没有给访
客开过门，最近10年连厨房都没有去过。吃的东西都是女儿带个她的。她患有广场恐惧
症已经30年。她的丈夫以前酗酒并且虐待她，10年前已经死掉了。她在不幸的婚姻中首
次体验到惊恐，后来就渐渐脱离了社会。

mental disorders including caffeine withdrawal syndrome, restless leg
syndrome, hoarding disorder and premenstrual dysphoric disorder are added to
the DSM-5. I do see a lot of coffee lovers although I am not sure whether 1

含Autistic disorder)都是受遗传影响，神经系统发育不全而导致的语言社交能力障碍
。ASD很多症状和汞中毒接近，但后者不是遗传导致的。诊断ASD时都要排除汞中毒的可
能。
ASD和正常小孩之间其实没有明显的界限，本来"正常"就只有统计学意义。很多被诊断
为ASD的小孩的神经发育，只是比较缓慢而已，只要父母有耐心，更大点之后小孩就正
常了。但也有很多ASD小孩的神经系统，如果不人工干预，就永远无法发育正常--其实
即使人工干预，也往往只能做点改善，难以完全正常。

achievement 不一定仅仅跟 higher intelligence 正相关，而且跟 Obsessive-
Compulsive Disorder 同时也正相关，搞不好相关性更大。
而你上面说的 “在精神不正常的边缘”，我觉得更多的是跟 Obsessive-
Compulsive Disorder 那块相关，而不是 Higher Intelligence 本身。
另一个角度看，Higher Intelligence 的确有一定程度的 pay evolution price。。。
但如果 evolution price 太高的话，那也会变成 evolution disadvantage。。。所以
不应该太离谱。。。但 Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder 是 achievement（而不是
intelligence）的 evolution price，就不好说。。。

同性恋是一种genetic或developmental disorder
既然是disorder，患有这种disorder的人没什么好“反对”的
只要积极研究预防和治疗方案就行了
对不愿治疗或无法治疗的，则注重心理疏导，
包括用一些意识和价值观来自我安慰都是可行的
（我们每个人在某些时候都需要自我安慰）
总的来说，这种行为局限在个人的范围，基本是无害的
我以前曾发文（好像是在rainbow版）说同性恋可视为一种残疾
不过中文的“残疾”不太好听，容易引起抵触情绪

注意力缺失症（Attention Deficit Disorder， 简称ADD）[1]是注意力不足
过动症（Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder，简称ADHD）[2]的三个亚型之
一。
注意力缺陷障碍（ADD）的临床表现
（一）注意力障碍
注意力障碍是诊断多动症的必须症状。多动症儿童注意障碍主要是表现在注意的集
中性，稳定性和选择性等特征上的异常。正常儿童在不同年龄阶段注意集中的时间不同
，随着年龄增长而逐渐廷长。
一般来说，2～3岁时专注时间10～12分钟，5～6岁达12～15分钟，7～10岁为20分
钟，10～12岁为25分钟，12岁以上可以达到30分钟以上。注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）的
孩子专注时间短于上述范围，因此，他们很难维持注意较长时间去从事某一活动，每节
课听5～10分钟就坚持不下去了，做事往往有始无终，不能完成父母分配的任务。做自
已感兴趣的事情维持的时间可能会长一些。
