如果一个人有attachment disorder的问题，会影响他/她一辈子的心理人格性格的发展。
每个人从小到大，都要找一个爱他/她的人作为attachment.
如果从婴儿期到幼儿期（具体多大没听清楚），照顾孩子的人变化太多，孩子没有一个固定的attachment，就会有attachment disorder的问题。所以最好孩子在父母身边成长，孩子把妈妈爸爸作为attachement是最好的。
如果由于种种原因，孩子有attachment disorder的问题，还有机会得到改善，那是结婚的时候，一个好的婚姻可以重新帮助人建立好的attachment，成为一个正常人。
如果上述两种都失败了，还有最后一次机会，就是相信GOD。因为GOD爱世人。把GOD作
为attachment。
具有最完整人格的人是这三个阶段的attachment都得到充分满足。 |

孩”，带这个字就可以反映一些想法。三岁之后才谈得上教育，交给学校管。
需要多少环境support，一个人才不会develop mental disorder，这个很难说，也有理
论说mental disorder跟环境毫无关系，完全是先天的，也有理论说mental disorder有
重大环境因素，早干预就算先天有基因，也可以得到相当的改善。主流比较折衷，也就
是所谓nature+nurture，或者说bio+social+psychological三者共同作用。
个人意见，小朋友多接触世界，任何年龄都不嫌早（当然也不是说月子里就要带出去
camping那么极端），半岁吧，我觉得半岁左右身体和免疫系统慢慢强壮了，一般的
social activity对小朋友是益处多于风险了。三岁之前不送幼儿园的话，最好也能参
加多点和其他小朋友一起的活动，每天只对着家里人，窃以为对小朋友发育是不利的。 |

感受到ASD的可能后，我们主要采用了这些办法：
1，尝试限制奶制品和面食后观察到明显改善，因此把这种方式坚持下来，改用其它食
物保证营养，并定期用硫酸镁浴盐给娃泡澡以改善肠胃功能；
2，分别找学区和developmental pediatrician评估，进行中。如果评估结果表明他需
要什么特别服务，尽量寻求政府和保险资助，但需要自费承担的服务，倾家荡产也要支
持；
3，在评估专家指导下，开始speech therapy；
4，坚信家长才是最好的老师，因此自学儿童心理，认知理论，ABA，floortime, RDI等
方法，和实践应证；
5，给娃换到一个气氛轻松，老师和专家多的幼儿园，有空就去监视室观察他的表现，
发现他对哪种音乐/书籍/游戏多看了几眼，就在家里配套训练，以帮助他更快融入幼儿
园环境；
6，找到几个娃不愿和同龄人玩的可能原因并分别想法改善:

为自闭是dynamic的，不是static,意思就是说，自闭症并不是终身的，是神经系统发育
的disorder，并不是mental disease,自闭是个谱系，disorder有各种程度，经过早期
干预，无论程度如何，症状上都能得到很大缓解,这个是有实验数据支持的研究结果，
最早的实验在80年代，当时参加实验治疗的自闭孩子，经过多年跟踪调查，已经基本痊
愈。另外一个大一些的实验是97年附近做的，实验SAMPLE加大，经过这么多年的跟踪，
经过早期DIR MODEL干预的孩子，即使是当时最严重的自闭情况，经过多年的DIR model
训练，也取得了很大进步，相比同期没有经过DIR训练的孩子，不光进步巨大，而且基
本没有regression。最近几年的研究更是表明经过DIR/FLOORTIME MODEL训练的自闭症

女儿好好讨论，商量对策，如何解决矛盾和冲突，基本上就是调节自己的情绪，服从老
