然后什么镜头清洗液的效果看得也很明显。
dissecting microscope 允许比较多的工作距离，
看镜头表面还挺方便的。20x 就挺够用了。
compound microscope 工作距离不够，镜头放不上
去。
发现擦镜头还是要带手术的手套，手上的水分太容易
搞到镜头上了。而且我发现手的油可以通过布和纸传到
镜头上。这个不用显微镜不容易看清楚。 |

我曾经试过多种办法提没有降解（用Bio-Rad or Agilent Bioanalyzer测integrity or
quality (RNA Integrity Number (RIN) by Agilent or RNA Quality Index (RQI)
by Bio-Rad)，不是仅仅用Nanodrop测RNA integrity or quality）的total RNA，然后
做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道
）。
２. Glass tissue homogenizer: it didn't work for me to grind tissue in
Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.
Bioanalyzer showed RNA degradation.It's also low through-put.

现在不少地方做triple rule-out，PE and aortic dissection基本上可以用CT thorax
PE protocol来完成，64-slice的CT machine很快就扫完了，计算机控制造影剂，等
contrast在肺主动脉时迅速扫描，以求pulmonary arteries的最佳增强效果。对aorta
的增强不是最佳，但是绝大多数serves the purpose, no need to radiate the

our tools suck. But I do not want to waste money to order a random selection
on Fisher or VWR catalog. There are so many neuroscientists on this board.

need to order all the surgical tools to remove the head, take out brain,

我开眼界。看完了我自己试了几只老鼠，和牛人学过感觉就是不一样。现我们实验室的
解剖工具已经被折磨的不像样子了，尖头的镊子剪刀头都断了，剪刀也都是锈迹斑斑，
所以想订一些新的更换一下。
昨天我已经感叹过王朝兄的 2% agarose 了。我以前看朋友做这个实验都是垫粉红色的
蜡板，我觉得好处就是不粘组织，而且下刀的时候组织下面垫一个软的东西比较好切一
点。这东西也不是必须，不过用 2% agarose 的话比蜡板肯定便宜很多。今天看到
zhaohu 朋友的建议又让我拍了下桌子。就说版上牛人多！这些经验不具体做这个实验
肯定不知道。非常感谢！
朋友建议我订一个 dissection microscope，英文叫 stereomicroscope。我看了一下
Fisher 的网站，一个 Leica 的 S4 两千不到，S8 四千不到。不知道这个是不是必须
要订的？上周的解剖我用肉眼做的，看起来的确有点吃力，不过也不是完全搞不定。请
问一下各位朋友你们是直接用肉眼还是用哪种解剖显微镜？谢谢。 |

我们是用小鼠胚胎的软骨和骨头染色的protocol。染软骨的话只用Alcian Blue即可。
最后胚胎用BABB处理就会变得透明。BABB危险，而且会腐蚀显微镜，使用时要小心。很
多动物的胚胎都可以用类似的方法染骨头（红色）和软骨（蓝色）：鼠，龟，蛇，鸡，
鱼，蜥蜴，变色龙，蝙蝠。。。而且都很漂亮！

anatomical dissection，从头到尾，其中的滋味就不多说了，下半年教了半年的课，
包括给本科生教局部解剖，给专科生教系统解剖，不是教一次二次课，而是一个人承包
了这门课从头带到尾。虽说有误人子弟之嫌，但还是想把这经历写出来。我准备把
anatomical dissection写到personal statement里面，把教课经历写到CV里面，我的
问题是我教课时算啥TITLE呢？instructor or teaching assistant? 我们确实是拿报
酬的。

（1）ACS，这个本来看起来不会有什么问题，因为胸痛待查不可能不做系列心电图和肌
酶谱，但是也存在很致命的暗礁：
a.是开出心电图Q6hour, 但是病人收到病房，你却在急诊室忙着收病人，于是就忘记了
跑到病房 follow up 心电图Q6hour！这一段时间病情有可能急剧变化，譬如由NSTEMI
变成STEMI，需要立刻上心导管，如果你漏掉了，那就是很严重的事故。所以，新
INTERN的 duty check list 很重要，一定要按时follow up病人，不能够认为收入病房
就万事大吉。
b. 糖尿病患者或老年人，痛阈很高，心梗或PE可能没有胸痛，但是会表现为呼吸困难
。所以，这些患者的呼吸困难，等同于胸痛对待。
c. 常看到“order EKG, cardiac enzyme to R/O ACS” 的医嘱，其实这反映了一个概
念性错误。因为 即使EKG变化不明显,、cardiac enzyme正常，也可能从临床上诊断
unstable angina。关键是UA也是ACS的一个亚型，要按 NSTEMI 处理，给 full dose

的偏瘫。 一般stroke是没有pain的， 当然有些posterior fossa的stroke可能会引起
headache。
ascending aortic dissection可以引起ischemic neuropathy。 我想病人的症状是
brachial plexus ischemia。 如果没有gut给TPA， heparin是必须的。

anticoagulation.

was wrong.
1. For ischemic stroke, tpa if within 3 hours , otherwise supportive only.
No routine heparin regardless of dissection or not. But if there is A-fib,
can use heparin.
2. For homerrhagic stroke, control bp. Prevent increased icp, surgery if
indicated. R/o bleeding disease, No heparin.
3. Carrotid dissection is contradiction of heparin.
4. For vasospasm, give amlodipine, no beta blocker. Do we need heparin in

The controversial German anatomist Gunther von Hagens last night agreed to
return seven corpses to China after admitting that the bodies used in his
exhibitions might have come from executed prisoners.
Professor Von Hagens, whose show Body Worlds provoked fascination and
disgust when it opened in London two years ago, said the corpses would now

It is a well-established principle of law that ‘there is no property in a
corpse.’ This means that the law does not regard a corpse as property
protected by rights. In other words there can be no ‘ownership’ of a dead
body. The only exception is where body parts acquire different attributes by
virtue of the application of skill, e.g. dissection and/or preservation
techniques.
However even if there is no legal ownership certain people have the right to
