Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应

La Jolla, CA---Home sales in Southern California increased again last month,
led by strong foreclosure resale activity in the Inland Empire. The median
price paid for a home was unchanged from January and February, indicating
that the market may be exploring price floor levels, a real estate

我发过几次distress gap的图哦，说明现在new home sales和existing home sales之间
的gap需要弥补，从历史上来说，他们两个的sale比例应该是一致的。 我来解释一下ra
tional吧：
根据NAR的数据，现在existing home sales日渐稳定，主要是因为REO (real estate o
wned ) sales在增加, 但除了REO之外，其他的existing home sales实际上在下降。
为什么出现这个distressing gap，是因为new home sales无法和REO sales竞争。除了
市场上的REO之外，银行手里还有大量的foreclose的住房。在这些REO会慢慢消耗完，n

你们还有完没完啦.不就买个房吗至于天天在这里砍的么?爱买不买. 反正这里的人很少
会买在最底点的. 因为大把INVESTMENT和VC FIRM 都拿着钱直接从银行抢distressed
assets 呢.最近很多INVESTMENT和VC 都RAISE了FUNDS FOR distressed ASSETS. 你们
小户该干嘛干嘛.不是专业做这行的就老老实实的存EQUITY吧.自己住的房就算赚个
MILLION很少人会买了去租房的吧.自住房就象娶老婆实惠最好. |

12月28日 晚21时许，李燕自感身体不适，症状表现为感冒、咳嗽
12月29日 下午17时 李燕体温恢复正常

成人呼吸窘迫综合征简称ARDS，是一种继发的，以急性呼吸窘迫和低氧血症为特征的
