1，有效震慑和阻止轻度暴力犯罪，比如一两个小贼打劫，
2，有效保护人口稀少地区的私宅。
这两点的负面影响都较小。人口稀少地区，警力有限，私闯民宅的容易分辨是非，也不
容易误伤。
但是在人口稠密地区，我孤陋寡闻，不知道有哪路好汉成功的在警察到来之前阻止了类
似oakland or VT之类的屠杀或者至少压制了罪犯的火力，只知道百姓是参与围攻1966
年的tower sniper，但是没有说在警察到来之前起到了任何作用。而且，UT austin我
没有去过，但是估计不如弯曲的任何学校人口稠密。
所以，枪支管制是一个细节问题，飞机上不准带刀和人口稠密地区比如学校体育场不准
带枪是同样的道理，在kansas农业区，人家在自己农场里构筑明碉暗堡交叉火力诡雷陷
阱，我看也没什么问题。
对于那些真的把老婆孩子安置在犯罪高发区却认为自己带把枪就很男人很负责的，或者
明明身居高尚区的豪宅却天天在数钱之余，还梦想英雄救美除暴安良甚至梁山结义的，
