Starving and exhausted, Ray wrapped up his laptop and dragged himself out of
the company building. It’s already dark outside and his car is the only
one in the lot, all alone and helpless. It was just another dreadful long
day. Everything at work started to crack about six months ago, and has slid
into an endless downward spiral since then.

seem happy.
Well, as to death, it might not be what your grandma feared. It's too sad an
experience for her to dread this for 20 years.
"She died more than 20 years after having those agonizing thoughts about
death on her mind."
I recommend two books by Brian Weiss, "Many lives, many masters" and "Only
love is real".

Personally I love the book much better than the movie. I watched the movie
first (very very old one) and thought it was pretty good. But when you
actually sit down to read the book, you will find out how beautiful it was
written and how atmospheric and suspenseful it is set up. This is a gem for
people who love words as much as plots because she has the most ingenius use
of words. Never ever read the Chinese translations - I read the Chinese for
the sequel and it is dreadful. Another book I hig

诗篇很多诗篇是离合体的, 即用希伯来文的二十二个字母
按顺序起头的。例如诗篇一百一十九, 诗篇二十五,其中
很多美妙的地方没法翻出来,因为中文没有字母表。
离合体有助于记忆,例如诗篇一百四十五, 虽然长,
但我用希伯来文基本上能背下来,因为有起头的字母
和单词的提醒。
我最近有一天早晨醒得早, 睡不着,试着写了一首
英文的离合体诗歌, 可以说明为什么有些语言特征
没法翻译出来。这首诗歌是描写上帝的各种本性的。

rather an opportunity. 轮回 is not something dreadful, and 解脱 is not
something admirable. They are just what they are, and when the time is right
, they'll happen.

hi, restless, congra... final's over...
but for me, i'm still in it coz we have crazy semester
system :(((
still have a presentation, two papers and a close book
statistics test :-( so boring. hope i don't bore you guys by
mentioning this...
in the middle of discussing travelling to OH with my hus. --
see if we can find cheap airtickets :-) probably will have
more time to think about this after those dreadful exams.

it was a nightmare if u had been through all the hashness, i
could not sleep until 2001 every June 3rd night, no matter it
was a weekend day or week day...
i could not record how many dreadful dreams i did wake up from
