drowning的人一般都是悄无声息的，所以要求救生员要主意安静的人。
对于水性不好的人，这个是真的，他们来不及呼喊，也来不及做手势。
但对于自然水体的游泳高手来说，比如楼主或者我，其实来得及呼喊，就是没人。
我泳过离开岸边很远的地方，事后就是后怕。为啥，因为一旦抽筋，或者遇到漩涡，或
者水草，就很难游回来了，大声呼救无效，因为别人离得太远。
在游泳池深水区多次抽筋，都是自己忍着游到浅水区。但发觉因为不能及时拉伸恢复，
多增加很多痛苦，而且有时循环障碍带来的后遗症或者神经痛会持续很久，幸好我的还
是恢复了。
持久抽筋，有可能导致终身有后遗症
