《汉穆拉比法典》是目前所知的世界上第一部比较完整的成文法典。法典竭力维护不平
等的社会等级制度和奴隶主贵族的利益，比较全面地反映了古巴比伦社会的情况。法典
分为序言、正文和结语三部分。正文共有282条，内容包括诉讼程序、保护私产、租佃
、债务、高利贷和婚姻家庭等。
《汉谟拉比法典》（英文名称：The Code of Hammurabi），1700年出于巴比伦；
它刻在一根高225米，上周长165米，底部周长190米的黑色玄武岩柱上，共3500行，正
文有282条内容，用阿卡德语写成。它是世界上最古老、最完整的法典。是汉谟拉比为
了向神明显示自己的功绩而纂集的。
古巴比伦王国第六代王汉谟拉比，约在公元前1792～前1750年在位，因统一两河
流域与颁行法典的历史活动而著称。对内推行缓和阶级矛盾、加强王权和发展经济措施

一家旅馆顶楼被发现后，至今天(20日)洛杉矶警方才给出裁定：她的死是一场意外。
洛杉机尸检部门表示，21岁的蓝可儿死于“意外溺亡，另外重要因素是：躁郁症(
