yes, i agree with you, live is softer and has more donks. after all, 1/2NL
is like the lowest stake possible for those who only play home games or once
/twice in a year as tourists. they play any ace rag or 33 like a monster.
no, realisically, how many hours can we (most with family and kids) put in
live in a year? 200 hours maybe (20 trips and 10 hours/session, it's a lot
already) or 3K hands. how much can we do with this "small" 3K sample even we

1) don't set daily goals like $50 or whatever, this will make you hesitant
in good situations or overplay in unfavorable ones. it's a meaningless goal
, even durrrr or any other pro can't guarantee they make XXXX every day. if

the time , there is no shame to play lower limit when your BR drops. I think
Durrrr is very good at it. I saw him play 25/50 when he was at downswing.

how about he moves allin (which durrr may do as a value + bluff)...
The texture of the board warrants it's more on the bluff side though because
it's hard for worse hands to make a hero call.

simply not be able to build a roll:
1) no casino would allow them to "practise" with only $50 that they got from
parents;
2) even they luckily got $200, lol, one single hand would kill them;

they play in 15 minutes online. without huge volume, you can't build up a
big roll in just a few years;

AQ , even like QT. and when I shoved , they almost never fold AK. Maybe they
think my late pos range are quite wild.( I open any pair, 67s+, AT+, KJ+,
JTs+ in late pos) I got 4 bet quite often by AK or QQ. Only some reg use
these stat. Most player do not even have tracking software. If you play
Electro, you will find out most ppl play AK like AA. Folding KK just lost

isn't gus hansen a genius? he's the top backgammon/poker player in the world

let their fake trash talks confuse you, hehe.
a "LAG" guy in 1/2 live can raise little and lay down flopped A8 two pair on
a "safe" (to amatuers) board, he's not LAG at all but a very dangerous
opponent. his hand reading skill is defintely above avg. and he's
disciplined.
the regular didn't bluff him, i think.
as for the A6 vs JJ hand, it's a cooler to anyone in a small multi-way

spot, but his performance is really world class. Especially when he 3 bet
the button raise with 72s on BB, got smooth called by KK. he just check/fold
on the flop. Most mediocre player like to make a c bet there. that
distinguish a world class player from a so so poker player. |

quit FTP. Most FTP proes still wear FTP logo, it seems FTP still pay a
lot of money for this WSOP since these proes get paid for doing that.
No matter what Ivey's intention is , FTP was in a big mess before

screwed up just nobody knew until BF.

things you need to practice and learn yourself.
Basically, big hand , big pot, small hand small pot. Big hand are like, set
or straight etc, sometimes two pair. Small hand are usually one pair type
of hand ,like tptk, over pair etc.
When you have a strong hand , you wanna bet out , raise etc to build
the pot ,then get as much money in as possible so you can have chance to

balance, especailly deep stack game. Pot control is a important way to gain
long term EV.
Why keep building a big pot when you hand is marignal and keep putting
yourelf in a tough spot. In deep stack game, draw hand is a lot more
stronger than short stack. When you are holding a made hand in deep stack
game, you have to be willing to be drawn out sometime since your hand value
