strength to hold proper posture, also harder to manage the training intensity. which means high level of risk of injury.
because with ballistic move, even a medium meight during slow move can often

上岸。是不是没时间经常下水?
动作要点没有提undulation,也没有提水里的drill(省略掉了?)。重点强调
cosmetic的要领ok,但是必须有足够的训练来burn in。通常是有足够训练量又有比较
好可塑性的游泳队小孩比较适用。成人……如果以前没有蝶泳和一定的自由泳基础,走
burn in的学习路径,学习效果拭目以待,说不定也是一种很好的方法。
学phelps很好,if the learner has such extreme range of motion, and flat
eccentric and concentric force curves in the full range。举例来说,phelps的
肘高于头一尺时,拉力几乎不下降;一般人别说高于一尺,就是半尺,拉力都会下降30
%。没有这个天分,光模仿phelps的动作,比如学他深压胸的同时尽量保持臂贴近水面
屈肘抱水,就是专业练蝶泳的也觉得脑袋上来费劲。
