“Coverage is effective the first day of the month following your date of
hire, if enrolled within 31 days of eligibility."
按照这个规定，如果入职时间是8月20号，一般学校保险是从8月1号开始还是从下个月
（9月）1号开始？
上次在这个版上有朋友提到一种cover 两个工作之间gap的保险，由经验的朋友知道是

如果成立一个LLC公司，并且选择specific effective date在2013年12月01日而不是
real filing date，那么在2013年12月01日之前，组织运营这个公司的消费是否可以在
schedule C上面作为business expenses给deduct掉？
那么如果选择2014年1月1日作为specific effective date呢？在federal tax return
方面究竟有什么区别？是不是2013年的任何消费都不能作为deduction了呢？

的。)
股票的1月效应不是指股票在1月份 OUTPERFORM 别的月份， 维基百科里面这么解释是不对的。1月效应是说 SMALL CAP 在1月 很明显的 OUTPEROFMR 大盘。 因为这个JANUARY EFFECT 现在非常多的人知道了， 我怀疑它提前了， 所以今年 11月下旬开始 SMALL CAP 就开始 OUTPERFORM 大盘了。 |

用standard deductions: married file jointly $11600

1040 line 43 taxable income = $ 187300
然后查1040 tax rate table, federa tax = $187300 x 28% - 11930.5 = $40513.5
Effective tax rate = $40513.5/ 250000 = 16.2%
如果有房子的话，用itemize deduction，deduction一项至少是mortgage interest +
property tax + state income tax，

去年把一整个pedalboard给弄丢了，买来卖去，搞了一年，终于像点样子了。大家把自己的setup啊，用过的effect pedal 也拿出来晒晒吧！！期待xchain奔他的器材！
Ibanez TS9DX Turbo Tube Screamer: 让distortion更饱满，以前那个ts808丢了，就买了这个，比较便宜不过感觉好像没太大分别，而且这个
功能更多。
boss 7 band eq：Solo的时候用来 boost 中频和volume，中规中矩没啥特别的，占用的空间比较小，所以就用了
eventide modfactor：eventide 的modulation，chorus 比较一般，没有特色，其他的effect都很好,特别是Undulator。本来想买Electro-
Harmonix 的memoryman，不过后来还是挑了eventide功能比较多，就是chorus跟eh比起来没啥特色
eventide timefactor： 非常喜欢的delay效果，很好用，完全不会改变吉他的音色，以前那个line6简直是垃圾
