根据我的记忆,TS9DX 声音较为硬朗。
我也非常喜欢 Eventide 的 TimeFactor,没用过 ModFactor, 不过这款好评如潮啊。
MT-2 是一个很 tricky 的 pedal.
我上个星期还和路易讲,不用买 pedalboard 的。 到Home Depot 割块木板,再贴上
velcro 就好了, 你看人家Zakk Wylde ..

自用,琴是fender american std strat(用到年底)和ibz js1000.
amp不想(也不能)买太大,住个小studio...估计marshall mg30fx到头了,但是那上
面的effect我也不用,有点浪费...
effect要有USB,要不然还得另搞interface去。目前看上的是pod hd500,曾经对gt10
很有感但是后来不这么想了...
高人们有什么好建议没?

severe asthma 症状和COPD很像的,所以不要瞎猜。一般COPD是老年病,也不像Asthma
那样时好时坏,好的时候和正常人/毛一样。临床诊断是用了支气管扩张药后FEV1/FVC
仍旧小于0.7 (不知道是否适用于咪),当然还有其它辅助诊断的标准。不过治疗用药两
种病都差不多。
我也不知道为啥流口水,不过Albuterol(beta2-agonist)一般还是挺安全的药。要不和
你的Vet讨论下能不能用另外一个药Ipratropium,这也是个支气管扩张药,而且针对COPD兼治
asthma,但是药理上
不同(anticholinergics),这药的side effect有一条就是口水少。Boehringer
Ingelheim出的Combivent就是Albuterol和Ipratropium的合剂。
Therapeutic window就是有效用药的区间,用少了没疗效,用多就overdose。大多数
corticosteroid的肺部给药都suffer这个窄区间。
给药方式应该行的,一般喷完Fluticasone要漱漱口,或许咪不会漱口,就只好流哈喇子解决
了。

Battlefield 3游戏的deal是一个接一个,其实tmd不就是5块5块的降吗!
不过是个40多块的游戏,得配$200块的显卡才能勉强玩得爽,为了最爱的jets还得买新
摇杆,又是$50……(定义:爽=1920x1080, 特效全开 ,min.FPS>35)
发行好几个月了,看看这个显卡要求,还是心凉!

个人理解,不一定完整:
【背景】:
如果 2 药物(A、B)纯粹作用同一个药靶或者途径(not independent),那么“最大
”效果一致(maximum responses/effects)。这时候出现的是 additive effect。或
者说,在 A 里面加些 B 时候,也就是等于在 A 里面多加了些 A)。
另外情况是 A、B 作用为 independent to each other,或者 partially dependent(
这时应该不止一个药靶,但其中一个是吻合的)。
【如何检测】:
最简单合适的方法应该做 3 个 dose response 曲线(浓度从 0 到 最高):A、B、和
A+B combined。
然后看 A+B 的曲线,是否吻合 A 和 B 两个曲线的简单叠加,同时做个 significance
test。
1)等于叠加、或者几乎是叠加 = additive
2)显著地低于叠加 = negative synergy
3)显著地高于叠加 = positive synergy
也要考虑这3种情况的程度之分(效果好坏的程度)。

for gapdh control)
这样最多能同时做64个样本
但如果超过64个样本怎么办呢?那就只能分两批做,可是这样会有batch effect,就是
每一“锅”的qpcr都是不太一样的,两“锅”data直接拼到一起比较,是不是有问题?
有没有啥好办法remove batch effect呢

right,所以capture effect能够提高throughput,不过也有人质疑其能量消耗以及
near far的问题。就能量问题,从电路角度肯定比不开capture effect消耗大,不过从
系统角度未必。因为省掉了很多不必要的重传。第二个问题我觉得CCA的存在也会解决
绝大部分near far的问题

达人们,一辆车穿过双黄线,撞了我左边道的摩托车,然后摩托车被撞飞后又撞在我车
上,车左边全部烂掉。。。警察认定是那个人的责任,我也拿到了事故报告,但是给对

时,都说的EPR和尺寸的关系。尺寸大到一定的尺度(50nm ?),被身体排出的half
life就增长了,一半小分子大改是小于30 分中什么的.
VEGF 和EPR effect我就有点不理解了,我做过VEGF控释,可我从来没有考虑过它的EPR
effect,它不是很容宜被分解什么的么。

confounding是指一个因素如果和 factor of interest以及effect都有关系,但是又不
是在factor of interest 和 effect 的因果关系上,那么就是confounding factor.
比如说男性肺癌比例高,吸烟可以算作一个confounding factor.因为并不是男性和吸
烟有因果关系,但是两个有关。反而看你的这个问题,OCP和家族病史没有关系,所以
家族病史不是OCP causing breast cancer的confounding factor.

其实这两本书都是在对C++基本概念熟悉并且有了一定工程实践之后
才应该阅读的,是前人(牛人)的经验和教训的总结。
我不觉得C++ entry level的人应该读这个,虽然可能读起来显的很
轻松,可是深入理解是不可能的。倒是那些设计工程的人需要备一份,
开工前多看看,可以避免以后少走很多歪路。
但有人说读了这些书对应付面试有好处,我想也许唯一的办法就是
死记硬背那些tip了,不多,两本书总共才85个。呵呵。

貌似版上用Stata的不多,但愿熟悉random effects model的大牛们能提供些指导
我在Stata中用某些procedure,比如xtmelogit来做一个简单的two-level random
intercept logit model
在output中,by default,显示的是standard deviation of the random intercept,

比如天气。
如果你专门选择晴天和雨天来做,那么这个天气就是Fixed。
如果你不专门挑选晴雨,碰到什么就是什么,那么这个天气就是Random

I don't think what you say has anything to do with fixed / random effects.
1. 如果你专门选择晴天和雨天来做,-- That only means your population is only
晴天 + 雨天 because you are particularly interested in contrasting these two
groups. Your results will only reflect the variation between these two.
2. 如果你不专门挑选晴雨,碰到什么就是什么 -- That means you are modeling the
entire population.

,但如果indep variable是continous的呢? 有必要或者说理论上允许不允许去看他们

是因为sampled from a distribution (其实当时学的就很糊涂); 结果对方不是太满意
,让我举例说明, 我就不知道该咋说了.
面试肯定黄了; 大家教教我吧, 这两者究竟怎么去区分?

我是这么理解的,
一般fixed factor是我们对这几个factor的effect感兴趣,比如你想知道某种药的效果
,某种教学方法对学生的成绩有没有提高。
random factor我们对factor中某个个体不感兴趣,但是random factor解释variation
,帮助设计正确的model。
另外,有一些条件限制,比如factor只有几个个体,比如3个,用random factor就不太
合适。有时候个体太多了,比如20多个,就会比较倾向于设计成random factor。

非常有趣,读lz的blog受益良多。
logit和probit实质上没有什么差别,因为standard normal distribution和scaled
logistic distribution with unit variance的形状是很相近的。logit和probit的系
数的关系大概是1.6至1.8的关系,但是对应的std dev也是同样的倍数关系(因为
standard normal和standard logit的square root of variance也是同样的倍数关系)
,所以两者的t statistics和p-value非常接近。marginal effect是相同应该也是同样
道理吧。
其他model为啥marginal effect相同我就不清楚原因了。
