发现是从1.0开始，跑了大概2迈多就慢慢跳到2.0了，然后跑到一半，
爬上一个小山，是2.4，然后往回跑，跑回家还是2.4，返程算是白跑了...
有意思的是昨天早上同样的路线，TE是2.1，不过昨天早上的确心率低一点点..
这个数值感觉跟心跳和距离都有关系，不知道跟上一个workout间隔时间有没有关系...
感觉是hard workout最后超过3.0, easy workout小于3.0比较好，
下次long run再看看..

补充两点：
1.几条BR不够时的建议里：
2）tight aggressive is right. aggressive还是不能丢，否则一个反例就是你举的和
运气好的土豪相抗衡的例子。这也和你的第四点“做好输的心理准备”联系起来了。
5）hit and run, and lose and run.每次赢了hit and run,但有一次输了不走的话，
可以把前面很多次hit and run的赢利清空，甚至账户清空。
2.“当前session的总买入和session盈利之间的关系”其实是很重要的一个money
effect. 虽然你可以承受目前BR的variance,但输总会对心理和打法造成影响。作为
live业余玩家，一般输了2个全买入了，应该就有影响了。Online业余玩家如果同时4桌
，打的时候断断续续输2个全买入可能感觉不出，但输了5个肯定有感觉了。这时一般玩
家的反应就是变的比原来loose，loose aggressive也好，loose passive也好,但总是
不由自主的变的loose起来。 |

有一个很不好的地方就是side quest在地图上标示不清楚，常常搞不清哪个星在那个星
系里，这个问题在1里也有，2把这个问题fix了，3里竟然又跳出来，等patch吧。
看看以前的review, 大部分一样能套在ME3上...

前天通了ME2, 整体来说2代还是比一代进步不少的, 但是不足之处也很多.
图像:
比1代好, 人物细节有很大提高, 可是和同期一些游戏相比还是有很大不足(MGS4,
CRYSIS,COD6), 在特定地点光影做得不够好. 女主角做得看上去像大妈, 虽然MODEL是
个少女.
故事性:
普通偏下. 就是找满同伴然后直接最后一战, 和Dragon Age Origin相似, 但是故事没

2) I hear if you satisfy enough war rating, sheppard does not die even for
destroy ending
3) My understanding is that the catalyst is not really the child that died
at the begining, but the catalyst choose to appear to you in that form. (
Since the child made a deep impression on you)

比如MOH，Mass Effect， DAO，dead space这些都是投资出来的不错原创。比如近期的
shadow of the damned，也是很大胆的投资。
主要问题出在他们捧起来一个系列后，就开始狂量产榨取回报，导致续作质量下滑。不
过比动视还是强不少的，动视除了COD也投资了不少游戏，基本都是石沉大海了。然后
暴雪根本不鸟那个钻钱屁眼里面的老总，一个游戏拖好几年。 |

1. 有没有可能age factor is the proxy for financial stability。换句话说，经济
独立的女人会倾向于找和自己实力相当的伴侣，基于当今职场并不完全男女平等，成功
女性要在自己年龄段找到比较困难，只好往年长的找。比如从买买提上以及其他生活中
的anecdotal evidence来看,收入较高的女性在征婚时在收入上一般至少要求相当。
2. market equilibrium。市场是供需双方决定，即使是收入高的女性，一般而言也对
小白脸构不成吸引力，供给不足（有效需求也不足）导致的equilibrium是：特别有钱
的女性能够提供足够的incentive吸引小白脸来克服文化上的歧视（想想anecdotal
evidence），然后一般有钱的女性无法afford小白脸，退而求其次找老男人。
3. 一个无聊的孤证：如果The George Clooney Effect真如作者所言，那么随着这几年
George Clooney变老，他应该更红才是，事实是这样吗？我个人感觉他在罗汉系列的时
候是名气的巅峰。

但如果老男/丑男要想达到取年轻美貌的女子的目的
必然将会出现更多的婚前协议，礼物赠送并进行相关公证等
否则靓女不再会撇开同龄帅哥不找而去找老/丑男
婆媳关系将会有所改善
因为一旦公婆的经济资助不复存在
公婆（or only 婆婆）也不大可能再借着自己的资助而理直气壮的对媳妇指手画脚
计划生育问题将发生质的变化
今后想在社会/事业上立足的女性不得不慎重考虑生孩子的事情（什么时候生，生几个不再仅仅是lg和婆家说了算的事情了）
