还有summer camp打球过量造成的。

是的slice serve是我现在的最爱。flat与kick两个极端，flat对精神状态身体状态要
求很高，即使状态好，发出100mph多一点的球速，但是如果角度不好的话，对4.0以上
的选手没有任何威胁，他们很喜欢这个pace；状态不好就fault了。kick虽然不易fault
但是，没有发好，球速过低，kick又不高，直接被人打死。slice serve即稳又有速度
还容易curve角度：righthanded可以在duce side 把对手拉出球场，在ad side发到T.
一般我1发2发都用slice serve，区别在于pronate多少。
刚刚用slowmotion仔细看了你的发球，平击太伤肘可能你是在击球pronate的时候你的
前臂与大臂角度太直，stretch得太多，没有缓冲空间所以拉伤（形成golf elbow的主
要原因），我不注意也经常有这个问题，因为总想模仿Pro抛球靠前一些，打击点高一
些，球速快一些，可是有没有向Pro一样timig和jump，从而stretch得太多，前臂与大
臂角度太直，所以伤肘。

1. 准备动作挺完整的，不错，但是你的准备动作不够放松，不够慢，从准备到抛球到
drop the racquet都要慢，只有从拍子drop 到臀部后向上挥拍开始要快；而你现在是
匀速运动；现代运动技术的本质是：花时间充分准备而储存最大化能量，最后加速到极
致释放出最大能量；在这一点上，网球/棒球/高尔夫的发球可以达到堪称完美；
2. 你的肩往上往后转动的不够多，造成你elbow up不够，所以你的拍子drop的不够不
到臀部，所以球拍的拍头速度不够，击球速度不够；
3. 抛球可以再高一点，抛球手放慢一点；
4. 击球时，imagine用拍子甜点的上方甚至拍子的头部击球，这样会强迫你必须加快挥拍
速度，从而球速度就会快很多；
5. 最后，有一点你做得非常好非常重要：就是separation and trophy position时，
你elbow out and high。
再练练，应该很有前途，keep up the good work and I bet you will get there

这个loop将近10麦, 可能也是10麦, 山路曲折,度量不易. 一路上景色不错, 山景湖景
尽收眼底. 好景色通常伴随的是难度, 这次也不例外. 难度是"难"

最后一组600yard，游着游着听见教练冲我喊打腿，我还以为最后25yard了呢，就all
out了，结果到了之后发现还有3圈儿，彻底崩溃了。。。
需要改进的地方，打腿还要加强，游长了累了，就不想打腿了。现在我总是手沉得太深
，create so much drag并且elbow不够高。pull注意high elbow catch / early
vertical forearm！！！

很轻松就只游20个strokes，并且不比以前慢。其中最快的一个25米游了27秒（不是
sprint），18个strokes，SWOLF为36。现在刚改姿势，感觉不协调，得多适应适应。我
觉得等把high elbow练好了，肯定能上个台阶。 |

发帖数: 2561 | 32 最近我的老车表现很诡异。冷车启动正常，上路行驶一段以后怠速狂高，凭声音判断起
码有正常转速的两倍（没有转速表的说）。可是如果停车熄火，然后再启动就正常了。
让我很是困扰。跑去dealer一问，说可能是IDLE control valve出问题了。但是为了重
现故障得让车完全冷却才行。我原打算星期五把车送过去然后停在dealer那里过夜，星
期六让修车师傅诊断。可是dealer星期六只管换机油之类的。这下没辙了，上网自己搜
刮一番，还真让我发现了一些线索。据网上的说法，可能的原因有四，一个是点火正时
不对，一个是进气管沿线漏气，一个是idle control valve坏了，一个是PCV valve坏
了。于是打算从最便宜的PCV valve开始搞。其实按照手册的说法，这个东东应该每年
换一次，我上次换它已经是3年前了，所以无论是不是它的问题都打算换掉。下班路上
去配件店买了个新的，就在停车场上动手换。结果在把旧的PCV valve取下的时候发现
在PCV elbow下面的橡胶管上有个洞！平时被挡住了，看不到，NND。于是马上回去买个
PCV elbow来换。可是似乎没有完全匹配的，伙计 |
