！市场是竞争的，各个公司努力创新，所有消费者都能受益！团队之间有竞争，每个人

据印度新媒体ThePrint3月19日报道，在中印洞朗对峙结束7个多月后，中国悄然修建了
一条通向洞朗南部的道路。这一举措对新德里方面产生严重的战略影响。不过，由于新
路距离印度边境岗哨有5公里的距离，印方对此很难采取任何行动。
日前，印媒根据该地区最新的卫星图像，称尽管对峙点处的道路建设已经停止，但中方
一直在整个冬天修建一条替代路线，使其能够进入洞朗南部。
根据印媒方面获得的照片显示，今年1月，中国修建了大约1公里的道路。到了2月，中
国从已经建造三座新的直升机停机坪的地方，向南修建了近5公里的道路，这条路还没
有铺沥青。
照片显示，一个特定的区域已被夷为平地，大约有6500平方米。它很可能被用于某种兵
营建筑，或被用作停车场。
报道还称，为了修路，中国解放军修建了坑道来隐藏设备。这些帐篷部分位于地下，以
便只有帐篷的屋顶可见。
ThePrint称，由于中国新修建的道路位于洞朗地区反斜面山坡上，因而中方持续在冬天
的施工，未被印方直接观察到。
与六月的对峙不同，此次若想再阻止中方进行施工，印度军队必须从其边境岗哨位置沿

going to take lots of years to do what you want. That's after getting past
regulatory hurdles and especially the enviros who hate manufacturing, mining
, logging, etc and will fight it tooth and nail. Plus the electrical grid,
which is now considered creaky, would need to be massively upgrade which the

香港乱局，可以这样理解：
特首林郑月娥最初坚持通过《逃犯引渡条例》，但后来忽然在6月15日转为搁置(近三个
月后的今天更完全撒回)，可能是要避免在中美贸易谈判中烧起另一火头。其实林郑月
娥对香港的泛民主派有认识，本来知道不应退让，否则只会被理解为示弱，令对方坐大
；与泛民打过交道多年的人，不难具备这种认识。
香港泛民是很特异的政治人物，一般搞政治的，都知道政治是妥协的艺术，尤其是在彼
此强弱悬殊的情况下，稍有政治智慧，都懂得见好就收的道理，否则就会如《韩非.亡
徵》所言：
''国小而不处卑，力小而不畏强，无礼而侮大邻，贪愎而拙交者，可亡也。-----恃交
援而简近邻，怙强大之救而侮所迫之国者，可亡也''。
