1。解散医生行会，医生发照权力归政府，外国人考试可以获得全国行医执照。
2。医学院从高中直接招生，学制5-6年。
3。审核医学院，凡是招生名额没有达到师生比1：N的，或者和endowment不相称的，全
部整改。
对于医学其他相关行业，比如护士，药剂师等，按照同样精神贯彻。

的话，自己搜一搜，所谓的常春藤，就是个体育联盟，跟big ten没什么差别。
前10的商学院算个毛。达特茅斯整个学校就是个烂校。
只有傻了吧唧的乡下来的老中，才以为常春藤里的学校都是好学校。 |

印老中东欧南美来的屌丝门竞争，填补这个空缺。他们搞得好，跟老美主流/上流圈子
有个球的关系。
正儿八经的老美人家上大学是去玩金融，玩电影，玩艺术，搞军事国防政治，建立关系
网， 泡白富美，掉金龟婿的。跟刷试管杀小白鼠的索南那是一点交集都没。即便这个
索南在排名第一的研究院里念书。因为试管男从第一名校毕业还是索南。。再说了，这
些捐款有多少是洗试管的索南日后捐的？有多少是研究生院排名第一出来的码工捐的？
这些学校基金会都清楚得很。
那老美高校排名看什么？看本科。学校那么多，有综合的，文理，艺术，军事，专业那
么多，规模又不一样，怎么排？看什么？看accepting rate. 基本录取率越低，越nb，
老美越看重。下面是2012秋入学录取率：
Harvard: 6.1%
Stanford: 6.6%
Curtis音乐学院: 6.8%
海军学院： 6.8%

个人观点，以后我们的孩子在美国上大学。首选是这5个学校：
哈佛
耶鲁
普林斯度
斯坦福
哥伦比亚
次选就是：
达特茅斯
mit
布朗
记住：学习的东西，尤其是对本科还说，哪里都一样。关键是你大学时期结识的都是什
么人？就是你的同学，这是你这辈子最重要的人际关系基础。读大学实际上是一种自我
选择：你到底选择什么样的人做你的朋友和交往对象社交圈？
以此为出发点，比如你家一直在美国西南混，孩子又去不上上面提到的学校，那读什么
？就读rice.这种就是地方上的土豪大学，很利害的。
读本科，去个什么伯克利密西根之类的，不是特别好的选择。 |

其它的比如upenn.cornell也很好，但我不推荐。因此这俩学校的问题是，名为私立，
但规模太大。
孩子读大学的目的是什么？
外部：结识同学，打下一生人际关系的基础。
内部：认清自己。具体说就是：我能做什么？喜欢做什么？擅长做什么？这几个问题就
是关于人的一生应该怎样度过这个根本问题的基础问题。
学校规模太大，不利于交友。这个说起来似乎有点矛盾，但实际就是这么回事。切记：
孩子读本科，不要去规模太大的学校。(harvard比较特殊，能去一定要去) |

什么phd排名工程学院专业排名可能对你读博士有个参考价值。但实际上这东西不重要。 |
