美国检方28日对15名中国学生提起诉讼，指控他们在美国大学入学考试(SAT)等考试中
采用欺诈手段，收买枪手替考。15名中国学生中，10人居住在美国，其中一人已经被逮
捕。如果被控罪名成立，这些中国学生可能面临几十年监禁和几十万美元的罚金。
案情严重
15名中国学生遭指控 作弊者和替考者都有
美国联邦大陪审团在起诉书中说，作弊者花钱雇佣替考者，涉及的考试类别包括
SAT、GRE和托福[微博]，涉案地点集中在宾夕法尼亚州。总计15人在匹兹堡被起诉，包
括作弊考生和替考者。起诉书公开了其中7男5女共12人的身份信息，年龄在19岁至26岁
间。
在全部15名被告中，有人伪造并运送假护照到美国，有人利用假护照进入考场进行

有两个小孩；而且大家早早都到了，我作为组织者反而来得最晚，跟大家说一声抱歉，
下不为例！
我们是从Umstead的南入口Reedy Creek Entrance进去的，下次要是再来，可以从北入
口Crabtree Creek Entrance入园。
从停车场出发，有两条trail，一条向东Loblolly trail，一条向北的Company Mill
Trail，我们走的是后者，有一个loop，合计六英里多些。
差不多走了两个小时，颇有些坡度，爬上爬下还有点锻炼的效果，可惜还是有点早，红
叶很少，有一点黄叶，大部分还是绿的。

yosemite那边看看。我在密西根州，之前开车出去玩过很多次。ideally, 我希望能够
再找到1个男生+2女生，男生有在美国长途的经验，毕竟出去玩，安全是第一位的。女
生最好有一个也能开车。这样如果2个男生真的都开累了，女生可以顶上。FYI, 我没有
任何想和couple或者2个dating的人出去玩的打算。btw, 我这人对摄影多多少少有些兴
趣，如果你喜欢摄影就更好了，有些时候我有点想很早就起床，赶着日出拍照，或者为
了照某个景点而等到日落的时候。
车的话，其实我的车也可以开长途，09年的rav4, 跑了3万mi。 但如果出去玩，开这么
远，就不单单是油钱的问题，还有车磨损，距离短的话，我出车，油钱按人数分也就算
了，我以前这么干过很多次。但开6000mi，磨损费用我要多了，我觉得不合适，要少了
，我自己又吃亏，所以干脆租车，费用平摊。

2. "AA是代表逆向倾斜弱势人群". When facing china's entrance exam score only
metric, beijing students are inferior, so china's AA inclines to them.
Gan Su has inferior education env so facing the score only metric they are
inferior too. I agree that china's AA should have inclined to Gan Su

全长平均坡度在5%左右。这条路被称为之美国top10难骑的路线之一。 单就坡度而言还

there are two entries to silver sand beach.
there might be someone stop you at the south entrance requesting for parking
fee, if so just say you are milford resident.otherwise, you may need to pay
$5 for parking.
i encoutered such a person once. i switched to north entrance and i did not
know if that guy was cheating or there were really regulations for parking
fee. |

，经常安排爬山活动。明天周日下午1:30有一次看红叶的活动。我发邮件问了详细情况
，一般爬三小时，强度不大，经常有小孩一起参加。如果不支中途也可以退出，有地方
直接下山。我觉得有人带着走山路会不错，而且人多热闹。他们有些爬山活动强度比较
大，适合不同需求的运动者。

Alligator Farm是一个独立的attraction，在Everglades National Park其中一个main
entrance的附近，有airboat坐还有一些show看。
Everlgades是国家公园，里面不仅仅有鳄鱼，还有很多动植物。

这是meetup.com上的一帮Asian组织的活动，关于春节的。
这个meetup group叫Atlanta Young Asians，三天两头组织活动，但是里面的人都是只
说英文的。因为这些人其实是第2代，第3代移民了。
他们的活动多适合年轻人，比如徒手攀岩之类的。

候，一下车就是花香扑鼻。
具体地址是在10号路Joshua Tree National Park 南口的Entrance下，开上和10号垂直
的一条路，叫Cottonwood Springs Dr, 路两边到处是成片成片的野花。 沿着这条路开6
，7迈到公园收费站。如果打算，当天返回LA的朋友，可以选择就在10号和收费站中的
这段玩。
沿10号从DERSERT HILLS OUTLET到Joshua Tree National Park 南口的Entrance大约是

拿了朋友的攻略，受益匪浅，现分享一下我们的心得体会。照片还没整理，之后补上。
关于地图：黄石是个8字，进园地图上有详细各个点距离和大概时间，vistor center有
各个点的详细资料以及动物对照表，基本到各个点，先去vistor center了解一番，就
知道怎么玩了；
关于住宿：建议根据行程将住宿分别订在8字的各个点上，这样玩起来既顺路又方便。

I-495 exit 62出来以后在service road上有好几个出口, 不要走错了,
上Rt-97 North, 在97一路上遇到Rt 16, Rt 25 和 Rt 347,
过了347以后的第三个lights, 就是学校south entrance了(见图),
右拐可以去Graduate students apartment complex, Chapin以及医院,
左拐可以去South Parking Lot停车, 然后做校车去学校各地,
继续向前遇到下个一lights, 是学校的main entrance, 左拐可进校园.
不知道副官同学要去哪里, 累死我了

The BxM11 express bus makes stops along Madison Avenue, between 26th and
99th Streets, then travels directly to the Zoo’s Bronx River entrance (Gate
B). For your return trip, pick up the bus just outside the same gate at the
MTA BxM11 sign (just before the underpass).
Subway
#2 or #5 train to East Tremont Ave/West Farms Square. At street level, walk
straight ahead (follow train uptown) on Boston Road 21⁄2 blocks to the
Zoo’s Asia gate entrance (Gate A).

发帖数: 7375 | 41 关于去钓螃蟹，貌似很多xdjm感兴趣，俺就开个贴简单介绍一下。
俺主要是去long island的captree state park，该park靠近jones beach，从elmhurst
开过去大概一个小时左右。没去过的同学，GPS可以用这个地址：40.640286,-73.
255697. 在google map的street view里可以看到2个像岗楼一样的收费站，进去后停车
场在左边。7am-6pm之间每辆车收$8 entrance fee (除非你有empire passport，可以
免费去所有的NY state park，$65/year)，其他时间不收费，所以俺常常很ws的6pm之
后去。
在ny钓螃蟹不需要license。不过，坏消息是纽约州的很多state park，包括captree，
晚上11pm之后还趴在停车场的车需要有night fishing permit。更悲剧的是根据俺
google的结果，这个permit每年只有春秋才能买，现在你有钱也买不到。网上也有人说
问题不大，没有那个permit被抓到就说自己是去park里的夜钓船的。俺过去也就有2，3... 阅读全帖 |

三张Disney Land的hopper passes （good for both Disney and Adventure
Park), also one-day entrance left, expires Aug 20th. 这些票是总共可使用三次
的，原价129每张，卖40每张。
四张Legoland的hopper passes（good for all three resorts, theme park, water park, aquarium), one-day entrance left. Expires Dec 31st, 2010.这些票是总共可使用两次的，原价70每张，卖35每张。如果四张全要30每张即可。
