总录取率了， 以为就就是70%了。
其实纯粹他妈的胡扯淡！
这个70%指的是， 对于所有的香港高中生先筛一编， 满足minimum
要求的，才能去申请。 最后，这些能申请的人中，才有70%录取而已。
这玩意直接把没满足minimum的直接给踢掉了，你还在这里胡累累。
