一路摸索着做完了住院医申请的程序，觉得很多问题都是理所当然的，大家都应该知道

1，登陆 ECFMG
2, 进入 OASIS
3，左手最下一行，点击 ERAS® Support Services
4，左手倒数第3行， 点击 Request a Letter of Recommendation
5，网页最下面check "I have read and accept the above disclosures." 然后点“
Continue”.
6. 点击 “New LOR Request”,填写推荐人信息（包括email）,点“submit”.

（１）如果请一个推荐人同时写两封推荐信。 可是很容易混淆啊。
（２）如果写一封general的信。可是不知道该怎么措辞。本来想用academic medicine

家用什么词(领域)可以涵盖内科和病理呢。

The 2012 match data has been published.
The report states “Of the 11,134 IMGs who participated in the 2012 Match, 4
,886 (43.9%) matched. In the 2011 Match, 4,626 (44.2%) IMGs were matched to
first-year positions.”
Remember that for the above percentages from the NRMP to be counted you have
to interview for residency. Lots of people don’t get interviews. So how
many applicants to ERAS were there in total?

Greinke. 有感而发，顺便谈谈棒球中的运气。
棒球里一个重要的概念就是安打，那么什么是安打? 简单说就是打出的球不能在落地之
前被野手接到，同时打手达到一垒前球没传进一垒手的手套。看球时经常会看到这样的
例子，一个打手打出一个很强劲的平飞球(line drive)， 但是由于位置不好，直接被
接杀。有时候打出一个软弱无力的滚地球，却可能形成内野安打。所以，安打其实是一
个很复杂的概念，同时，野手的站位，野手的守备能力等都会影响安打的几率。那么如
何来描述安打几率的这个”运气”值呢，于是就有了BABIP. BABIP=(H - HR)/(AB - HR

兴趣，并希望参与其中。
这一名为ERA-GLONASS的系统通过俄罗斯的全球导航卫星系统向应急响应器提供数
据。根据欧洲eCall/E112标准设计的ERA-GLONASS，使应急服务可以即时确定车祸或类
似紧急情况的发生位置。
俄罗斯导航信息系统公司首席执行官亚历山大·古尔科说，一个中俄委员会4月18
日在远东的一次会谈上讨论了这一问题。负责航天工业的俄罗斯副总理德米特里·罗戈
津也参加了这一会谈。
古尔科说：“我们的中国同事对此非常感兴趣，向我们了解了更多有关ERA-
GLONASS卫星系统的情况。会上提出基于这一系统建立一个工作组，或者最终成立一个
联合服务提供商。”
中国将来可能会将ERA-GLONASS系统与其自己的北斗导航卫星网络相结合使用。该
系统也可与美国的GPS卫星星座兼容。
古尔科还表示，到这个十年末，所有在俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦关税同盟内
销售的汽车都必须配备这一系统。该系统能自动探知撞车时的高加速度，并自动向应急
服务方提供车祸的位置，即便是在驾驶员和乘客都丧失能力的情况下。

the ability to send electronic requests for letters of recommendation (LoRs)
directly to their letter writers. Letter writers will have the ability to

格，要推荐信，寻找和选择相应的program多少都有些疑问。曾经大概浏览了一下前几
任版务整理相应年度的精华区，发现相应的疑问在前几年都有前辈问过和答疑过。2013
的同学可以自己或者小组内系统的学习精华区。多数的疑惑可以在这里头找到。如果是

条路每一步的人，都有着满满的一箩筐经验教训。只有在第一时间写下来，才能留给后
人最宝贵的经验和指导。在这个收获的日子里，我尽可能地回忆过去的半年中的点点滴
滴，给今年要参加match的同学一个参考。
上次写完那篇揣着两娃的ck，cs经，我就剖腹产生老二去了。生完老二刚出院，就是申
请住院医的日子9/15号。这两年，img申请者越来越多，越来越年轻化。eras网站在整
个材料上传过程中经常当掉。头半小时根本完全进不去，所有的微信群，skype群，
whatsapp群都是各种焦躁的抱怨和询问为什么。有些人耐心等待，不停刷，有些人转身
做其他事去，下午和晚上再投材料。今年记得是一个多小时以后通的，然后后面又断了
好几次。我建议是不停刷，因为资料总是早投早好，现在申请者多如牛毛，有一种说法
是，program对于多少名以后的申请者申请材料就完全不看了。宁可信其有，不可信其
无。img已经处于种种劣势，自己能掌握的部分，就不要轻易再丢失机会。所以，尽量

前两年诺贝尔和平奖，不论是戈尔，还是obama，国际上各大媒体
都有非常明显的争议性。
只有这次刘晓波，国际上各大媒体，不论左右，conservative还是liberal
一边倒的祝贺刘晓波骂TG，貌似从来没有那么一致过。
说老实话，我本来以为以TG这些年存的那么多外汇储备，收买一两
个所谓“国际友人”，一两个有点影响外国媒体骂骂诺贝尔委员会，
应该还是做得到的，但是到现在都一个多礼拜了，只有一个从来没有
听说过的什么“挪威教授”，还有个美国老年愤青在自己blog的博文
里面指责诺贝尔（人家即使指责诺贝，也没有说TG一个好字），TG喉舌
为了增强影响力，仍是造谣给人家戴了个“CNN VP”的头衔，贻笑大方
难怪啊，菌斑EUV等几个著名五毛这个礼拜都发疯了。
