我一直以来都强调美国再QE的两个先决条件，1〉美元在高点，2〉中或欧配合。
先看第一，七月底美元站上84后一路下滑，现在80，少了5%。 从84算（显然insider当
时已经知道决策了）离前底73只有不到15%。 比前高89，少了5%强。算是在相对高点了
，考虑到近5年大波高点一次比一次低。 另外还要考虑到欧元，在美国的打击下已经进
入最后do or die的阶段，那么以后继续打击欧元可以延缓美元指数下滑的速率。这个
美元在高点的条件本身就是为了保证美元不至于崩盘才成立的，所以从上述两方面来考
虑，第一个条件已经符合。同时我还要引入第三个方面，那就是美国很可能在操作明年
的全球硬着路，这样也可以挽救美元不至于崩盘。或者说，现在QE3就是把大选后的全
球经济崩盘考虑进来了。

在美国交通过失不是大罪过，因为在美国不开车是不行的，

VT2007年韩国人枪杀32个人以白人为主，媒体并没有谴责韩国人如何如何，更有趣的是
在2009年2周年纪念的当天，枪杀重灾区的系贴出新招了一个韩国来的assistant
