凝聚态物理博士后，超快光谱方向，15篇Paper，没有牛杂志，大部分都是PRB， APL之
类的，7篇一作。引用连自引一共150左右。评审刚刚开始，还只攒了一篇,争取半年攒
够15篇。大神评估一下还差多远。哪位大哥评审多也请帮忙推荐一下，optical
spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, laser ablation and etching, oxide phase
transition这些方向的都行。给各相关杂志发了一通邮件，也没收到啥邀请。
另求推荐律师，要能推荐信也能包办了的，最好做过我这个方向的CASE.

好的我就看到过一个, 还不是IL, 那个saleman很好, 我是买车买最快的一次. 我出了
个invoice-rebate-300的价格, 人家同意了, 然后我在拿了1500的employee discount.
人家也deduct了. 结果finance manager要给我3.5%的利率+1200的window etching, 我
还没还价, 人家salesman直接跑过去和finance manager说把这个1200去了, 我爽快的
签单了. 结果第二天, 人家打电话过来说, 我的利率3.5%太高了, 他查了银行文件, 直
接给我了2.5%. 把finance manager加的1%给去掉了.

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。

Mitbbs上面的经验交流。我的建议是一定要对自己简历上面的东西很熟悉，任何相关的
东西起码要知道基本原理；然后就是Behavior Question，那个可以在网上搜相关的几
大类问题，基本上就是要体现自己是有好的Problem solving的Team-player，回想以前
的经历用实实在在的例子回答。最后希望有在相关site的高人指点看他们这次想要招哪
方面的人（CVD/Etching/Sputtering?）突出自己的相关技能是最好的。

FABLESS DESIGN HOUSE 和 FOUNDRY 的关系是co-dependent.
一方面像NVDA, 这类的公司在竞争的压力下，必须要shrink die size, reduce power,
increase performace,所以不得不走向最新最不成熟的technology node.
如果运气好，赌对了，出来的产品几个小的REVISION 可以量产，就可以拉下保守的竞
争对手至少一年。
如果赌错了，那就会miss market，revenue drop, socket replaced ...-> 股价下跌-
>lay off -> house forclose...
所以，所谓的time to engage 是很重要的， 决策者要担着很大的风险。
我一直认为，一个好的决策者的那种心理承受能力是我这种小屁民伤不起的。
而TSMC方面，当然不是万能的，他们当然想不出任何篓子，第一次出片就可以大卖，可
惜那不现实嘛。
他们的spice model, etching technique, CMP technique等等都要在实战中成熟。

. program排名15左右，自己发了4篇Journal, 还有过一次领域内较好会议的talk。明
年我们学校Graduate School提供Ph.D.学生做Summer Research Intern Fellowship项
目，从2016年5月-8月，资金由学校出，并包括医疗保险，跟学校Fellow待遇一样。
因临近毕业（大概2016年12月博士毕业），老板对我明年做实习也比较支持。不知道有
没有相关公司、National Lab、R&D Center的前辈愿意接受？最好是跟以下我的Ph.D.
从事的领域结合，因为要相关的Intern项目才能被学校批准
