IMR 4895, 42GR
我用过PROSTAFF的3-9X40，这个镜子的分划比PROSTAFF
的更高级，是ETCHED GLASS，中间那个点是单独的，和
旁边的分划线不相连，打靶的时候，只要把
中间那个点贴在靶子的中心，就八九不离十了。
而且这个旋钮调节也很方便，提起来转，按下去转不动
拧掉上面的盖子，就可以reset 零点。
REM 9 1/2底火是正好碰到网上有人转二手的，就买了一批，
目前没有碰到哑火，但是这个底火很厚，有时候会卡在
底火安装工具里面，那就是噩梦了，目前，我已经碰到三次，
都是硬敲出来的，有一次甚至把底火的铜都削掉一层。
以后我还是想盯着CCI200用 |

不是像以前传统的方法，真就弄个细丝上去

但是这个测距牵涉到的东西太多了，比如你要知道你目标体的大小
我同事为了练习距离感，还跑去打高尔夫
光这点，没有很多实践经验不可能很快速定距离
既然这样，不如一个激光测距仪
所以，在我看来，FFP没必要， etched reticle对远程精度的影响
还大点儿

绍AR scopes的帖子上有介绍。不过比较奇怪的是在S&B自己的网站上好像只有1.1-4x的
AR scopes，可能是我没找到？
那个帖子的作者在去年的shot show上和Schmidt & Bender的一个engineer谈过，这里
是他的原话，看来这种镜子从1-4x变成1-8x还是有很大难度的。

定的攻击性，也就是力量，对我来说双反是不二选择。
为学双反，我也曾经请教练教过，但总觉得不太对自己的路，就只好自己来练了。我对
双反要求不高，能把球打过去就成，但一定要有力量，因此练习时我把力量练习放在第
一，然后才是稳定性。
刚开始对发球机练时感到怎么也使不上劲，并且震得手腕疼，球有时还打偏，原因是拍
面还没有到位球就来了，形成球打我而不是我打球。使不上劲或发不出力的主要原因是
挥拍时身上各部分的肌肉不协调，无法拧成一股劲，对此我就常用下面的辅助工具来练：

时间一长慢慢就摸出了一些规律：
1. 击球点尽量争取在身前
2. 身体迎上去打球，充分利用身体向前的动量
3. 侧身引拍，腿弯下，击球时身体重心由低向高运动
4. 击球时拍面基本正对球击，而不是上刷（这样没有太大力量）
5. 向前挥拍时拍面尽量早点对准球，保证球不会打偏到身体左侧

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？
Times另外还评选了世界50 museums，我没Times帐号，看不到全文（这篇50 galleries
