、民兵队长的意思。
不过中国的头衔往往也不能直译。比如“司马”可以理解为避马温、马夫头子。。。

对应的拉丁词根rect派生出法语词correct，rectangle, rectum等等

则的，心里有数的话，学起来很容易
:比如日耳曼词right派生出righteous
:对应的拉丁词根rect派生出法语词correct，rectangle, rectum等等
:其实你仔细看，right和rect是一个词，只是在原始印欧语期没有拼写，待到字母发明
