去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非

刚从Mall出来，在停车场倒车，当时也是开了一天车太累了，然后倒车的时候没注意就
碰到人家停着的车上了。当时没意识到撞了人家的车还是怎么回事，以为是后备箱没关
好，于是下来看了下自己的车，看到自己的车没问题就走了。
十天以后收到警察的Note和电话，说是regarding to that car accident，结果当
天晚上十二点多赶去警察局做了笔录。警察问我之前是什么情况，我就说我在倒车，
然后可能撞到了东西。警察问我为什么走了，我说我不知道应该做什么，（因为对方的
车上也没人，而且我没意识到会有多么严重）然后警察就给我发了Misdemeanor
Summons.我觉得很对不起Victim然后就跟警察说让他可以把我的联系方式给victim然后
我可以给她赔偿。
警察给我发Misdemeanor Summons的同时告诉我12月29日要上court，当时我就他这
个算不算criminal，他说不算，不会有任何问题，我最多只会交100多的罚款然后所有

get away with the tax when you took money out of 401k even after retirement.
That money was not taxed by uncle Sam and he won't let you evade him. |

I'm not rich and it is actually my parents' money. So even a tiny little bit
of it would be more than my current earning power...
Greed is good, so is there any advantage of nonresident alien? :) probably
not.
Another worry of mine is about gift tax and FBI: will they suspect that I'm
trying to 洗钱 or evade legacy tax? I wish they won't because I'm a non-
resident.
