contributes a building worth $500,000 but having a basis of $100,000. There
is a mortgage of $225,000 on the bUilding, assumedby the partnership.
Gain=100000-225000*2/3=-50000,50K是gain?不是因为他的资产不足以抵自己承担的
mortgage，就是gain?
how about Tim's partnership interest basis?是100K+50K=150K么？

然后明年会收到1099-R，Box7的code会是8—Excess contributions plus earnings/

为你要在今年报。）
2012的报税，401k就当没有多投，多投的部分算作你的2012的工资里面报税，即使你是
在2013年收到这笔钱的，只要你在2013/4/15之前拿到的，就要算2012工资，而不算
2013的收入。自己手动加到1040表Line 7里面去。如果你用Turbo Tax之类的，只要你
回答问题都正确，软件应该会做对。另外，你收到的支票与你多投的部分可能会有一定
出入，那是因为多投的部分有盈利或亏损。盈利部分也加到Line7里面。
