会说英语了，难免时不时的来一句Oh my God，尤其是碰上什么让我们amazed的事情时
。比如说，一年前我离开新西兰时家门口正在修路，一年后我回新西兰时，居然看到同
样的人还在那里修路，我会情不自禁的自言自语：Oh my God!So slow!
自言自语还好，如果是对老外说那就要小心了，不是因为老外不喜欢我们说他慢，而是
一部分老外不喜欢我们把他们信仰的God和那些完全不相干的事情联系起来，而且对他
直呼其名。
在英语世界，很多老外是不相信的上帝的，而且，许多老外看不惯那些相信上帝的人。
因此，一些不相信上帝的老外会把Oh my God挂在嘴边，从而对上帝和相信他的人一并
讽刺。
我也不相信上帝，但是我想我应该配合那些信上帝的人捍卫其权利，所谓信仰自由。这
就得从少用、慎用Oh my God做起。
不过少用、慎用的尺度很难把握，因为有时很难知悉周围老外谁信上帝，谁不信上帝，
谁半信不信，所以，要避免冒犯别人，对Oh my God最好是能避免。顺便避用Oh my
Jesus和Oh my Christ，因为都和上帝有关。

1.入关：
飞了十几个小时以后，虽然会很累，可是胜利马上就在眼前了^-^。下了飞机，拿上随
身行李，随着同一趟飞机的人流就会到达海关大厅，在这里排队入关。也就是图中最下
面的一个箭头。一般会有两种类型的入关口：US citizens and permanent residents(
美国公民及永久居民)，以及Foreign nationals（外国人）。每一种都有几个入口，随
便找一个外国人入口排队（在屏幕显示Foreign nationals 排队，入关的时候不能用手
机）。然后准备好以下文件：
（1） 护照；
（2） 白色的I-94卡；
（3） 蓝色的海关申报单；
（4） 我们写给海关的信；
（5） 签证中用到的部分材料（尤其是学校邀请函，海关问我妈妈要了，而且我写
给海关的信也起作用啦，海关看完信什么都没说，直接让过了）
（6） 说明不会说英语的纸条（一上去直接把条子给海关看，然后把护照和写给海
关的信还有学校邀请函都给海关就好）

说话中文夹英文的人分两类：纯正无污染的装X式人物和无可奈何脱口而出式人物。
以下两个例子，请对号入座。

就没间断过，但是完全不是不好意思借过的语气，而是“让开！”那种语气，她想到哪
里她就跟那的小朋友说Excuse me!而且一边说同时就直接跳过去了。根本没有等一下别
人的意思。大部分在场的孩子都比她小，用这一招开路简直所向无敌啊！后来她自己的
亲妹妹（比较小，可能才两三岁）都被她弄哭了，一边跑出去一边喊着“Don't.. say
excuse me, I ...”哽咽声太多听不清楚具体喊得什么。 连我挺个大肚子坐在旁边家
长等候的地方，她都一边喊着"Excuse me!"一边就跳上来了。当时我感慨，一句客气的
话竟然也能被用得这么不客气。。。还有她弟弟（四五岁），也是好玩的很，看到别的
小朋友站在前面的，有个两秒钟没跳下去，就在后面不耐烦又皱眉头又咂嘴，还催。我
一直看着他，他才没有动手推。。。看来家长教育是关键。 |

坐在 jury box里面那被excuse的机会就不大，要看你怎么回答了。我有一次本来没在
box里面的，后来里面有两个还是三个被excuse了，给后补上了。记得有一个人回答因
为她会hear voices in her head, the voice will tell her what to do。这个人就
给excuse了。然后还有人是已经有了travle plan了，要out of town也给excuse了。一
般会先问一下有谁不能serve的举手说一下理由什么的。然后双方律师开始抽问，根据
回答让走人或不走。反正就选也要好久。要是你没被选上，就回到早上那个等的屋子里
看看还有没有别的case需要的再去一圈。
会给报销车费，如果给选上了还给报销午饭。一天有几块钱好像，不记得了，反正不多
的。
最好是一天两天能解决的case，否则要耗不少时间。
叫我去当陪审员。从来没有跟法庭打过交道，有点好奇，不晓得当这个陪审员有啥利弊
？要注意什么吗？我可以不去么？谢谢！ |
