并不是嫉妒，我觉得三个娃，最小那个8个月，只要有心的妈妈，别那么肥就行了，没
必要这样的腰腹。她可以让我们羡慕她，但是何必说excuse呢？我个人觉得生后六个月
都不要大运动的减肥，可以饮食上注意点。
你们有娃的可能忘记了，你们没娃的根本就没有经历，怀娃九个月，你的腹直肌是分离
的，所以腰腹的运动要等腹直肌愈合以后才好大量运动。你们那么讨论产假有意思吗？
所以妈妈和未来妈妈们，娃八个月的时候不要向往那种身材，你可以尽量恢复，但是不
要大量腰腹运动，对身体不好。如果平时注意点，平时带娃细致点，照样能瘦。娃半岁
以后大运动量减肥不迟。
我烦就烦在“what's your excuse?",恰恰反过来如果是“你也行的哦，加油。”就没
什么。
而我恰恰也是对自己身材十分挑剔的人，怀孕到生完，也才重了10斤，半年后就基本差
不多了，但是肚子却松很多，所以现在在拼命锻炼。我并不是吃不到葡萄说葡萄酸的妒

第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人，所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪，却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说，中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好，每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。

I do not think the current text book is "systematically" 胡言乱语, 胡说八道.
You should not compare the high scholl text books with Phd's thesis. I
think the statements in the textbook about basic facts are generally fair.

错。这个事情发生在大陆航空上我一点都感到不奇怪。由于他们是777直飞上海，所以
老衲一直是“忠实”乘客，但是一下一幕幕就是“忠诚”是如何被rewarded的：
3月底，第二件行李开始加收70还是100元，原来好像是25。然后一群要到上海转机的硬
盘就带行李上飞机。大陆的空乘对此不闻不问，直到最后真的装不下了，开始不分青红
皂白在门口拦下所有carry on的行李，又是一堆硬盘在那里翻箱倒柜整理箱子办托运。
12月，上飞机了以后，发现空乘正往在我座位顶上行李舱很用力地塞东西。我说：

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
版权，任何人都可以自由使用。可是，为什么最应该用的人却不用呢？我不知道，这是
有意的还是无意的，反正两者都一样可悲。
尤其令人感慨的是，最后它们是由一个美国人放到网上，供全世界浏览。谢谢你，

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。

推着购物车在过道中穿梭，你从过道的这端想走到那一端，说的“excuse me”的次数
是现在的五倍，同样，别人跟你说完“excuse me”以后你说“sure”的次数也是现在
的五倍，从超市出来你想“顺便”在加油站加油再去麦当劳买个汉堡回家吃，但加油站
等候加油的汽车数量又是现在的五倍。在那种情况下，现在的很多“礼貌”与习惯就显
得不再有必要了 |

Sad fact is that India does use democracy as an excuse. Indians look at
China and say she has abused her populous and forced them to build the shiny
cities, something that India cannot do due to the rule of law and democracy
. Strange how India was able to evite 140,000 poor families to make space
for the Commonwealth games despite democracy and rule of law. The difference

The Japanese bought seats (in fact multiple ones)
in all major financial exchanges, as early as the
late 1970s and early 1980s. They can protect all
their trades by using their own member firms.
The Chinese have yet to do this, 30 years late.
Now you complain about being transparent because
all your trades have to go through third parties,
