现在strike price是$1/share, 公司今年409a valuation 出来了是$3/share.
我今年需要交差额 $2/ share 作为我的taxable AMT income,这个我理解了。
问题:
明年如果公司valuation 如果是$10/share, 而且我明年打算hold,我明年需要再交 ($
10 - $3)的差额吗?这个tax究竟是在存在买卖交易当年才交,还是每年都要交?

个人感觉卖股票这个动作发生在加州,加州州税应该占较大比重。可我用TurboTax估算

上面看图说话,详细讲了几个膝伤恢复练习。精华区有很多关于膝伤的问答,我觉得这
个网站比较好因为有图容易照做。
这些天膝盖里面啪啦啪啦响还疼,吓得我以为有碎骨头(医生说那声可能是因为积水)
,赶紧看了学校的physical therapist,一个session做了网站上列举的大部分
exercise。虽然不同的练习针对性也不同,医生说只要cartilage(膝关节下方)没有
受什么损伤,就可以坚持做这些强化肌肉的练习。好多时候膝盖受伤,是因为肌肉不够
强,比较夸张地说,比如打球时候大腿都转180度了,膝盖和小腿还没挪窝呢。我转述
得未必准确,大概是这么个意思。
建议常打球(尤其是经常急转急停和对膝盖冲击比较大)或跑步的人,要对膝盖着重保
护。还有一双合适的鞋也很重要。认识好几位年轻时候打排球的长辈,5,60岁之后膝
盖都出了毛病,不是手术取碎骨头,就是要打个什么针给膝盖加润滑剂,还要长期用
glucosamine. |
