，2018款应该是第四年款了，所以Expedition用的东西算是稳定一些的了，做工也算还
行，动力绝对够用，加速唯一能媲美的就是420马力的Yukon Denali，空间和ride绝对
比整体桥的通用车强，唯一能在空间媲美的就是Sequoia，但座椅设计和科技配置要新
好多。剩下要看的就是你介不介意铝合金车身，另外第一年款价格没太大余地，而且现
在刚开始铺货，车非常少。下面这个帖子里后面有一些关于Expedition的讨论。

隔天一早我就寄了，我用USPS First class寄，Amazon提供的estimated delivery是1/
9-1/13，东西是1/8 delivered，比ETD早了一天，但病人立马就A-Z，说我用regular
mail寄，他非常不满，东西他也不打算要了，现在要full refund，还要我给prepaid
label。
这expedited shipping一定要用Express寄吗？没有这种规定吧。 |

within 3 weeks. CA center would require your Designated School Official (
who makes your I-20) to submit your request along with offer letter or

6月7号expedite request,说是5天内给信。
6月14号（今天）没收到任何消息，打了两个电话给USCIS，第一个念了一堆
instruction，后来发现跟USCIS网站上写的完全一样，意思就是让我等。第二个说是再
过30天才能提交第二次expedite，反正就是什么也没查到。

t allow this service unless yours is over 76 days.For my case it is not true.
Actually I made two calls afternoon for the second expedite request and both
have been refused to submit.

我说，很有可能本来快要在Regular的Case里处理的，结果因为要Expedition，Case会
被转到另一个人手里，反而使处理速度变慢。
下午收到Director转发的USCIS的信，上面说我的Case被交给adjudicating officer（
裁决人员？）去处理了，会在一个月给答复。

接到国内母亲检查出晚期癌的消息，需要手术，手术只能去除一部分病灶，剩余部分需
要化疗处理；身体状态非常不好，不确定后继结果。
目前手头有一些检测报告，有个简单的病情说明，但没有总的病情报告，没有手术通知
书，也没有病危通知书。
一般申请expedite AP，听说就给一个月时间，下次有紧急情况，再提新的申请，是这
样的吗？版上有没有给到多达6个月以上的AP的？
我想申请expedite AP，多次往返（因为病情不好说），时间10个月（能cover到绿卡下
来）。请问这有没可能？或者有什么资料可以出示，说服/打动USCIS的agent给我这样
的AP？

我来说绿卡有两个好处，一个是回国不用左顾右盼的安排去签证。另外一个是可以更新
驾照。
NIW在11年5月批准了，没有RFE.做过两次SR，回复均是正在Review，30天之内给答复。
可笑的是第二次的SR回复是在批准通知之后。
6月开始催EB1A，13日第一次打电话，做了SR。14日收到邮件说我的案子在正常处理范
围之内。Sorry for misunderstanding。 到底是谁misunderstood了谁我也不清楚。一
怒之下，当场又给USCIS打电话。Second tier officer 说我的案子已经出了正常处理
范围。他再次做了SR，并且说应该2周以内有结果。
27日再次打电话，说上一次的SR已经无效了，因为已经给我邮件通知，说我的案子还在
正常处理时间范围。我说第二天还有一个SR呢？这次，second tier officer 说这样吧
，我把以前所有的SR都让他们invalid，今天给你再做一次SR，咱们expedite

4月16号打客服，tier 1 给了个case number
4月17号收到email 说不能加速，因为没有提供证据。4月17号晚上fax了invitation，
机票hotel等等，等了一周没有消息。
4月24号打电话，找tier 2，resubmit了request，客服说你把材料fax给我，我说我4月
17号已经fax给NSC了（唉，脑残了）
4月25号收到email，还说不能加速，“Although your situation appears serious,
you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need, which must meet
one of the following criteria”，不知道是fax的材料没收到还是材料不合要求。$
2000刀的loss算不算severe financial loss啊？

expedite EAD using one of the 3 reasons, usually it's combo card serves as
AP.
