律师认为老师只能证明拥有knowledge，而不是experience，所以需要改一下简历然后
重新提交申请。但是我又不想重新开始prevailing wage。请问大家： 如果不重新开始

放5 years post-bachelor experience 之类的描述来define 8 years experience -
他们坚持原封不动放8年
2. Master+5： 如果律师坚持5years是Master之后，我唯一的机会是加“post-
bachelor”在 5years 中to further define，正在和公司协商，这个应该比改动B+8的
可能性要大一些
3.如果我满足Master+5，而不满足B+8，我的广告是否应该是以Master+5打，而不是按B
+8打？我现在的广告打的是B+8
4. either “B+8”or “M+5”都会被audit，而降职的lower level只要求B+5，所以想
可能被audit的几率小一些吧

，现在那个公司基本倒掉，俺走的时候和老板闹的不愉快，他现在还欠俺工资呢。所以
现在的experience letter找一个俺美国分部的同事给写的，但是律师竟然要他的w-2证
明他在那家小公司干过，更过分的是要所有我在那家小公司干的年份的w-2。俺那同事
还算帮忙，不过他也只找到一张。律师说现在可以给俺申请prevailing wage了，但是
不排除140有要求补料的可能。
各位前辈碰到过这种情况不？难道不是找人给写experience letter就行了？
另外，因为俺现在办的是eb3，老板说过两年给俺升一级之后再给俺申请eb2，俺们公司
下一级的职位要本科+8年经验。俺再往前的一家公司是个国内民企，老板从来不肯给俺
出证明啥的。俺只能找以前同事给写证明信。 这种情况要怎样证明自己的工作经验呢
？要到怎样的程度uscis才能接受呢？

公司律师在第一封邮件里面问我上过的课和之前的经验（关于oracle，java/c++，和系
统），然后给我发了一封要求学校professor签字的邮件，perm的experience的
verification letter上，只提到我上过的3门课。 其他的课一概不提，都是3门软件课。
3门课在这个experience verification letter上够么？会不会课少，打广告的时候收
到合格简历的可能性大增？？

PERM阶段要写之前的Working Experience，我的之前在某公司的Working Experience有
两个职位，中间内部transfer过一次，比如说第一年是QA，第二年是Developer，那么
工作经验需要分开写两项么？
比如2011-2012， QA；
比如2012.1-2012.4， Developer；
还是直接写2011-2012.4， Developer也可以？Developer的问题是当了很短时间就走了
，所以H1B还没来得及改title(H1B Transfer 没做就走人了)，写得还是QA；
怕写的不详细以后出问题。公司给开的EVL上直接写2011-2012是Developer了。
移民局会不会认为H1B的title（QA）跟公司的EVL（Developer）写得不一样而质疑呢？

小弟我过去从无工作经验。2013年底取得美国硕士学位后直接到目前公司工作至今。一
开始是用OPT直到去年(2015)十月后转H1B。公司最近同意帮忙办EB2 PERM，但是公司律
师说有两种选择:
1. MS +0 year experience
2. MS +1 year experience
选项2需要重新创一个工作职缺和我目前职位有本质上的不同，且要等到今年10月后才
能提出申请 (要以H1B工作满一年，律师说OPT工作经验不能算)
我上网了解后好像选项1&2都很容易被AUDIT.
如果真的要选择，哪个选项比较不会被AUDIT呢?
麻烦大家给点建议和是否还有其他途径可以走?

die. For example, a lot of chinese people, in their after death report,

driver didn’t see me.
Unable to move (huge pain on right hip, leg…) or talk clearly at that time
(chest pain).
I was sent to he Emergency room immediately.
X-ray exam showed no breaking bones.
