Okay, there are many explanations on how subconscious forms and behaves, and I am open to more explanations.
Yes, there are things that we can control, that's our business. There are also others' business (what they like, what they think, what they do, etc) and the God's business (the nature, the physical rules, or whatever belonging to that realm). Controlling others or God's business is to invite suffering to ourselves, that leads to manipulation and unnecessary frustration.

一句话： 要确定某个表达蛋白(A物种) 的真正的5' UTR 范围碱基序列
最好将其包括启动子部分的碱基序列转接到一个非启动子功能的载体
然后转染到异种(B物种: 可以是A物种的近缘) 的Cell line 表达那个目标蛋白
再提取那个表达后的目标蛋白
如果后者同In vivo (A物种) 的生化物理性质完全一致,
那么其包括启动子部分的碱基序列 就是真正的5' UTR 范围碱基序列

This book is decent...the saving grace for the text is that it comes with
working ABAQUS UMAT's (available for free on the book website). The authors'
explanation of the theory of plasticity leaves a bit to be desired. It's
all there, but the explanations get muddy sometimes. I would suggest the
computational inelasticity text by Simo and Hughes as an alternative to this

my UW sim score were much better than my NBME scores for both step 1 and
step 2.It turned out I did very well in step 1.
So as I have said, UW sim seems to be very accurate.Trying to spend more time
on UW explanation should be a good idea.
BTW, I can't find the explanation to released items step 2 CK (also known as
step 2 CD) on Kaplan website. Does anyone happen to have a copy? I remember
it used to be free |
