guilty" 已经无可非议了，你自己也承认了。至于这个 "explanation"， 你可以发挥
当年考TOEFL,GRE 的精神，好好想想，多Google别人的经验教训，跟法官说“正好打了
个喷嚏，手抖了一下”什么的，或者“太阳太晃眼”之类的 （纯属虚构，请Google学
习以及自己理解消化为准）。
这个ticket要是只罚钱还好，还扣点儿就不好 move on 了，甭听那条子忽悠什么

而藤校学生也较自负虚荣，不懂装懂，怕被其它同学看衰。

但我一般很快就问到关键的东西，每次他们都非常不爽。

我与去年秋天去看family doctor，因为自己和乙肝携带者有密切接触，医生让我作了一个血液检查，结果出来我没有被感
染。后来收到labcorp的账单，大概400块，说我的insurance 不cover，要我自己付。我还是学生，这个钱对我来说一个

时间拖久了，现在我已经收到medical collecting company的催帐了。我最近又由于生病，没来得及处理，所以大概这个
催帐也有一个月了。
我知道现在问题很麻烦了，请问我应该如何处理呢？有没有什么如何写appeal |

SCREEN的时候就被医院摆了一道，做之前告诉我是99+15draw fee，结果收到保险公司
benefit explanation要500块，好在后来还cover了一部分，自付200块的样子。打电话
找医院理论，人家说之前告诉你的只是个estimation，不代表最后的价格，很无语....

友对她也很好，她进门的时候会主动跟她打招呼还有小朋友看到她哭了会过来劝她，今
天有个小朋友刚两周Vacation回来就一直在找她，看到她进门就来Hug她，她就又哭了

钱不容易呀。
情况是这样，
怀儿子孕期分别建了ob，一个specialist，另外就是儿子出生后见儿医。
ob那里是预收一笔费用，然后统一结帐，如今儿子马上5个月了，ob那里催了三四次以
后终于给我statement了，我发现非常乱，十几次产检的，这个就不说了，有一次的产
检本来不应该b超，结果做了，为此ob和保险那里扯皮，那个bill弄了3次，后来保险调
整了，我应该实际付18.98刀，ob那里收了我56+20刀，其中20刀是copay，这个东西因
为保险刚寄过explanation给我，所以我很清楚只要付18.98刀，然后我就上保险网站查
记录，结果被我查出不用copay，特地点保险问copay怎么回事，终于明白不用每次付
copay，然后我就逐一查保险记录，一查发现ob那里还多收了一次20刀copay
去年大b超见specialist，也不用copay，当时前台收了我40刀，
儿子well baby visit不需要copay，儿医那里charge 了4次20刀。
