我跟各位同学一样，没有在课本里学过什么是逻辑。但如果多一些批判性思维（
critical thinking），不妨碍我们能够识别某些观点不符合逻辑，逻辑上称之为
Fallacy（谬误）。这种谬误在我们的生活、所接受的教育、宣传中比比皆是。
以下是我遇到的一些Fallacy的例子，也许在中国处处都是。我根据清华英语专业写作
课上介绍的条目整理，有些Fallacy的中文翻译不是很好，也许我们的汉语以及我们整
个文化中，太缺少逻辑了（当然也可能是我的汉语水平太差）。
1．由无关的证据得出结论（Non sequiturs，it does not follow）
从给出的证据，得不出所给出的结论。 以下是我遇到的两个例子：
学生认为老师给自己的作业分数太低了：我这次作业花了两个多小时，可是，你才给了
我一个C!
学生在考试成绩出来以后，抱怨自己的成绩太低：我选别的老师的课，他们都给我优秀
，你却只给了我84分！
在“黑屏事件”发生后，很多人怀疑微软操作系统的安全问题（比如侵犯用户隐私），

分散注意力的謬誤（Fallacies of Distraction）
* 兩難推理（False Dilemma） 錯謬：為多於一個答案的問題提供不足（通常兩個
）的選擇，即是隱藏了一些選擇，最典型的表現是非黑即白觀點。
* 例子：薩達姆是邪惡的，所以美軍是正義之師。
* 解釋：除正邪之爭外，還有邪邪之爭及許多難分正邪的紛爭，所以不能單以薩達
姆邪惡便認定美軍正義。
* 訴諸無知（From Ignorance）錯謬：因為不能否定，所以必然肯定，反之亦然。
* 例子：沒有人能證明鬼不存在，那麼鬼肯定存在。
* 解釋：總有些事是既不能否定，亦不能肯定的。除了肯定和否定，我們還可以存
疑吧！
* 滑坡謬誤（Slippery Slope）錯謬：不合理使用連串因果關係。

intrinsically就不能被作为valid reasoning来使用。

上周连续发了多篇帖子，讨论某种花朵。结果再次招来五毛党（没听说过五毛的同学，
请翻墙看”这里“），在俺博客留下大量的五毛评论。俺正好借此机会，给广大的网友
们普及一下逻辑思维的基本常识——主要是关于逻辑谬误方面的。
其实捏，这方面的知识，在上次推荐的《学会提问——批判性思维指南》一书中（需翻
墙访问），已经有比较详细的介绍。然而，考虑到当今很多网友，没有时间和耐心去看
完一本书。所以，今天多费点口水，再给大伙儿介绍一番。
★什么是逻辑谬误？
本文所提到的”逻辑谬误”，也可称为”谬论”（洋文叫fallacy）或”诡辩”，主要
是指逻辑推理过程中，出现的推理错误。这种推理错误，可能是无意滴，也可能是推理
者有意引入，来误导别人滴。
在当今世界，由于网络发达，各种信息充斥其中。很多网络上的言论，为了达到说服人
的目的，会采用一些诡辩的手法。如果你不晓得如何识别”逻辑谬误”，就可能被蒙蔽
、被忽悠、被洗脑。所以，了解相关的知识，是很重要滴！

汉语很难产生逻辑，也无法帮助普通人驾驭逻辑，所以一群中国人在一起，往往是
fallacy与fallacy之间的碰撞，表现出来就是各为其利。统治这样的民族，必须铁腕一

诉诸人身谬误（英语：ad hominem fallacy），指借由与当前论题无关之个人特质，如
人格、动机、态度、地位、阶级或处境等，作为驳斥对方或支持己方论证的理据。诉诸
人身又称作「对人不对事」、「因人废言」或「因人设事」、「以人废言」。
在相声的历史上，师徒不睦的事情发生过很多。由于没有网络的传播，影响都不大
，只是局限于业内流传。况且家务事不宜外扬，像我和徒弟小金闹得那么鼓乐喧天鞭炮

Asian, as used in my argument, is about a race, not about people live in a
continent. So is the word 黑人 as used in LZ's original post. Blacks, as race, dwarfs Asians, when playing hoops, based on the face count in NBA.
Logical fallacy No. 2: Ad Hominem
Whether I have any postgraduate degree has no bearing on the validity of my statements. Neither does my training in any sports or subjects. Focus on the argument itself during a debate.
