标志挺明显的吧。快到收费站之前都有提示的，主动换到右lane投quarter就行了。
不小心闯了一两个收费站也没事。太多了会罚的 |

另外求有经验的弟兄姐妹分享一下，带2岁小孩玩MK，怎么个逛街顺序最省力呢？估计

去后倒后镜看到freeway地上自动地时不时有像警车闪一下，才想起原来已经变成fast
track, 但是一直不能出去知道好像到710 freeway 左右才出去。
请问会寄罚单吗？还是要自己去官网查？

的标志，因为晚上看不太清，不是很确定，但肯定没有醒目的fast track 标志，很容
易就迷迷糊糊进去了。。 |

Downstream Speed: Up to 6.0 Mbps
Upstream Speed: Up to 768 Kbps
IP Address: 1 Dynamic
My current TWC speed is 10 Mbps down and 1Mbps up, and have been using it to
watch PP Stream TV. I am just wondering whether the AT&T DSL Direct Elite

知道什么该吃，什么不该碰了。我主要就看看总热量和从脂肪来的热量。
糖，脂肪，蛋白质，三大能量来源，注意避免前两项就好了，特别是脂肪。
基本上，各种面食，大米，就是糖。各种dressing，油，就是脂肪。
一般来讲，油炸的，各种酱（dressing），burger里面的绞肉饼之类的，少吃。各种甜
点，大忌。
比较保险一点的是，grilled chicken，鱼， 牛排什么的，脂肪少。做法选grilled,
boiled, steamed，最好不要用油炸的。
applebees 的一个沙拉，总热量是820，不加dressing的话，热量只有370。吃沙拉就最
好跟人家说把dressing单独放一边，你自己加。
ranch，我比较喜欢的dressing，94%是脂肪，不得不防。
