，很是过瘾，李垂谊和港乐团的确不是盖的。
小古在我印象中似乎演戏比唱歌更有名些，他的歌有印象的两只手可以数的过来，当然
他还算沾了GIGI的光（在我这来说，呵呵），因为当年在国内加班的时候，一个哥们一
直的在放他和梁咏琪的那首什么卡片什么热咖啡的，老了老了，歌名死活想不起来，也
懒得古狗了。那首歌觉得很不错。然后就是他的那首在各大KTV都热播的“大串烧”。

only seen in leukemia and lymphoma. episodic fever without infection is

Reducing fever is a must for high fever. Keep warm is suggested only when
body is healthy and fever is very low. Low fever helps recover. High fever
simply means it is out of control and it's damaging.
Antibiotic is never suggested to be taken one or two pills. Taking one or
two means you are doing experiments, not treating disease. |

be damaged for most of patients unless their health are greatly compromised
in normal daily life before the onset of the fever. if a high grade fever
following several days to a week low grade fever usually indicates secondary

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

if the calf pain is synchronized with fever, it is typically nothing to
worry about. fever itself frequently causes this. dehydration (which can be
caused by fever) can also cause this.
if calf pain persists, or not synchronized with fever temporally, it is more

MM please check with your doctor see if your son has EBV. It's a virus which
causes long term fever (usually around 10 to 14 days). Back when my son was
sick, I knew something was wrong because the fever was different from any
previous time - it kept coming back every 6-8 hours and number was always

reflux. Urine didnt go all the way back the kidney.. She had fever also. The
Dr. give the medication until the fever is gone.. Said need to always watch
out for fever.. No need to take medicine unless there is fever.. Depends on
what degree of reflux, some baby will out grow it.. You should take baby to
seek second oponion. A year long antibotic seems little too long.. good

How long did his GI symptoms last? Any stool tests done?
Besides the fever, abdominal pain, swollen tonsils, any other symptoms like
joint swelling, joint pain, rashes, chest pain, oral ulcers, etc..?
Did he have similar episodes in the past? Why you say he has frequent
tonsilitis and oral ulcers? was it bacterial tonsilitis, or cultures were

They did consider incomplete kawasaki once....but she has no other symptoms
besides fever/cough/abdominal pain. Appendix abscess is not likely based on
normal u/s although the visualization is limited. They even did HIV test
which was negative.
No PPD has done yet, and CXR does not support it apparently.
I thought mostly likely viral infection, but persisting high fever really
worrisome. Plus, she frequently wakes up due to spiking fever or bad cough
