伤寒（Typhoid Fever），清末时译为肠热症，后受日本影响，音译为肠窒扶斯，又称
为湿温伤寒、肠伤寒、伤寒热，沙门氏菌感染症的一种，是常见的传染病，在世界各地
都曾发生，通常起源于食物或饮用水遭到带原者粪便所污染，很快造成大流行。它是由
伤寒杆菌（Salmonella typhi）造成的急性肠胃道传染病，伤寒杆菌会破坏小肠壁，造
成高烧及内出血。
另一种由副伤寒杆菌引起，与伤寒特征类似的传染病，称为副伤寒（Paratyphoid
fever）。
症状
伤寒的症状包括长期缓慢的发烧，可达39°至40 °C（103°至104 °F），其他症状有
出汗、腹痛、肠胃炎、严重腹泻、头痛。有部分的人，身体会出现玫瑰色斑（rose
spot）。肠道出血或穿孔是其最严重的并发症。
伤寒杆菌会随著粪便和尿液排出体外，透过苍蝇、蟑螂等媒介传染给健康人，传染力很
高。
病源

豬、豬肉及相關產品輸入台灣。防檢局分析，暫停措施對台灣國內豬肉市場供需及價格
應無影響。
行政院農業委員會16日公告：「為防範豬瘟（Classical swine fever）傳入，停止日
本之活豬、豬肉及相關產品輸入我國，並自即日生效。」
防檢局發布新聞稿表示，日本今年9月9日向世界動物衛生組織通報日本岐阜縣發生26年
來第一例豬瘟疫情，世界動物衛生組織將日本由豬瘟非疫區國家狀態改為暫停，但尚未
自非疫區名單除名。
防檢局表示，日本16日傳出發生第二例豬瘟案例，雖尚未向世界動物衛生組織通報，但
為保護台灣產業，避免日本豬瘟病毒傳入，16日公告暫停日本活豬、豬肉及相關產品輸
入台灣。
防檢局表示，日本每年輸入台灣的生鮮豬肉產品約40公噸，占進口重量比例0.06%，不
是台灣主要豬肉輸入國。
不過，防檢局說，日本雖是口蹄疫及非洲豬瘟非疫區，但為防範豬瘟疫情傳入，請旅客
勿違規從日本攜帶肉類產品回國，否則將依法裁罰新台幣3000元到1萬5000元。

吻合得多好。
我家宝宝的下降更多，大概是因为他的变异更多。这个特征的变异很多年了，但是

night, I normally give baby one dose before he went to bed if his fever is
100F or higher. If his fever is high and he is uncomfortable, he will wake
up at night, then I take his temperature and give him another dose. I don't
wake up the baby just to give him medication, unless his fever is extremely
high (>104 or 105). |

brought him to ER. We arrived ER at about 7:00pm and was released about
about 2:00am. The doctor gave my son a shot to control the fever and they

rather than use fever reducer.
We had similar problem when my son was 2 yr old.We went to ER, did all the
test, but no conclusion.He was on strong antibiotics and shots, but nothing
can stop the fever.
lessons we learned is that use Tylenol and Motrin interchangeably every 2-3
hours. Do bath tub to cool him down when his fever is going up..

is much larger than the acetaminophen liver toxicity.
I did not see any infants suffer from acetaminophen liver toxicity, but I
have seen many infants with brain and heart damage due to fever.
So if you knew the fever will induce high temp, you should be careful to
control the temp. |

gone she had rash all over. We took her to the doctor on Tuesday and she
said it was some virus that caused the fever and then the rash. There's
nothing you can do about virus. Just watch your baby closely. Make sure the
fever is under control and the baby should drink as much as possible. |

had a fever, so I gave him yobaby yogurt, water, and plenty of fruit (his
favorite). And like yours, mine is less energetic and doesn't run around

昨天早上发现发烧后电话了医生，说每四小时吃次退烧药（Little Fever）。昨天晚上
发现Little Fever药对他没有效果了，烧退不下来，于是凌晨去买了Advil的Ibuprofen
药。
今天早上烧到40度，去医院看医生，医生用棉签查了下喉咙，查了下说是病毒引起的发
烧。叫我们把像Little Fever这种Acetaminophen的药配合Ibuprofen药一起吃，也就是
说先吃Ibuprofen，如果六个小时内还烧就吃Acetaminophen药。
可是现在按照这样吃了也没好转，看着这么小的宝宝发烧到40度真心难受。
国内都是打吊针，这里医生完全没这个概念，就吃退烧药，然后让宝宝自己的身体去抵
抗凶狠的病毒。
请问有没有有经验的妈妈，这种情况是继续吃药还是去看急诊？？？想知道去看急诊除
了让吃退烧药还有没有其他办法能让宝宝舒服点。

wait until the 2nd or 3rd day of fever (of course not severe) to see the doc.
my 2 experiences taught me this:
#1 fever at night, wen to ER, nothing seen, attributed to "virus"
then after 3 days, fever continues, go to ped, then saw throat swollen, and
then antibiotics.
#2 this time. we went the ped the 2nd day before symptoms develop, so they
don't do anyting. |

strep throat, skin infection局部脓包之类，但是有些会释放毒素导致scarlet
fever, toxic shock syndrome.5-15岁小孩也会在链球菌感染后1周左右得rheumatic
fever 和glomerulonephritis。这后四种病都是很严重的，rheumatic fever还会有很
多后遗症，最常见的是在风湿性心脏病（二尖瓣病变）等。。及时用抗生素是可以治疗
的。。如果我是你，会选择让小孩在家呆几天，不怕一万就怕万一,strep throat is
contagious,别人打个喷嚏之类都会通过呼吸道传染，我觉得那个小朋友更应该在家休

how to use the medicine. Buy those Medicine only for infants or children

he had high fever and other cold/flu symptoms (not much pulling of the ears
though). But as his immune system getting stronger, the symptoms are less
apparent. I've never waited till he had >102F to see a doctor except the
first time. For the last a few times, he was happy and active as usual while
having a low fever (<99.5F) or no fever. But I just didn't feel good and

the fever was low so the teacher didn't notice it). when children take naps,
the teachers usually do not pay that much attention to whether the kids are

Anyone can help, my all kids were taken away at 2 ;00 pm yesterday by DCF.
And a baby with 8 months have a high fever, he still be fever with 2 days
until now, and DCF someone said look pediatrician. I didn’t find any one
take baby to see doc until now. It is really terrible .
