己纳了这人见人爱的二房。
说起这二房，坐落在新区宽阔的 cul-de-sac 上。坐北朝南，阳光大气，两层4房3浴，
差不多3200尺 with 通天 high ceiling 和8400尺的lot size。 房子建于2006年，买
主最初以47万买入，住了两年半。里外几近如新，几乎无可挑剔。
因为房子是short sale， 经高人指点，我没有另外找buyer agent， 直接和listing
蓝眼睛女agent试着搞。其实，这家伙很有经验，看我诚心想买，问了我的FIC Score等
相关问题以及down payment后，给我交了个底说：
“这房子的房东因为工作变动现在新买了另外一个房子，所以，从下个月起就不付这个
房子的贷款了。银行现在并不知道这房子要short sale， 如果你offer后，我就可以正
式通知银行，同时把你的offer寄给他们”。
说实话，和很多人相同，没买过short sale 的房子。但又和其他所有买short sale房

2700的房间，扣除卫生间等不铺地毯的地方，换地毯也就2000多， 别说三只狗，三条
狼我也给他租。
这两个黄夫妇，比你租给什么黑的呀，白的呀，橡胶的啊要好得多，如果他们的
reference 可以被tracked， income可以verified， FIC scrore 可以reviewable，
能租两年，先拿回来50，000再说其它！ 大不了用50000块钱再买个房子，这个房子今
后永远租给有狗的！ 你怕啥？
我把一个有地板的房子租给了有2条40bl狗的一家人， 2年合同，300块钱refundable
deposit，让他去折腾，折腾完了我买1块钱一尺的地板再换，换了再租！ 只要他不人
为破坏，月月付钱，租5个2年有狗的我就有20万了，只要钱到手，随他们人和狗一起

some scific writers are damn intelligent, like asimov & u. le guin. they were
knowledgable & were super in the pure sense of writing. asimov..no need to
talk about;-P le guin's fics covered a lot on social
science/philosophy/mythology. she was much influenced by zhuangzi. the
writing itself would lay shame on those authors who dumbed down scific as
nonsense; it was more than exerllent. i remember when i began to read her

referred me to this site. there are actually R and NC rated ones. i
understand your being disturbed by some writing. lol. some sort once scared
me out of my wits. you might want to try "leaf storm - a tale of
middle-earth". it is romance/adventure; the writing is pretty good except
romance part; and luckily the love story didn't take place many chapters
after. this is the only fanfic i read so far, haven't gather |
