员都必须赞成。但是当时，Louisiana参议员，arkansas两个参议员，Missouri参议员，
nebraska 参议员都明确反对public option.不拿到，搞不定这些人。 |

就干了两件事,stimulus, health care.然后scott brown来了.就这样巴马仍然有很大
的优势.只需要拉过来一个GOP.而当时maine两个参议员,加scott brown因为来自new
england.是可能支持巴马的.可惜巴马大搞党争,搞得国会无法合作.
想想当年和GOP开会讨论health care. Maccain提了些意见.巴马很霸道多说I won. the
debate is over.这种态度,怎么合作.10年后,就是GOP开始报复了.
