，两天前公告天下，可能是让俄罗斯有些心理准备，该撤的撤，该处理的处理。开战是

突击科恩办公室、hotel和家是转折点，对川普构成了极大的威胁。因为科恩是除了川
普家人外知道川普商业和个人秘密最多的人。什么科恩给谁谁当fixer全是托词，更像
是为了让FBI突击更合理而放的烟幕弹，但是目标绝对是川普。川普看得非常清楚，所
以才向法院要求裁定禁止FBI翻阅“无关文件”。这一策略能不能奏效？感觉可能性不
大。川普新律师Cobb要求川普与特别检察官充分合作的对策可能被证明已经完全失败。
Cobb在餐馆和同伴律师大谈应对Mueller之策更是闻所未闻。DC对付这种案子的律师没
有上千也有几百，万一不行到乔治城大学能拉一个排出来，很难相信川普最后找了这么
个邋遢无能之辈来祸害自己。而且川普还继续发推表示坚持与Mueller完全合作的对策

cohen 估计有两个麻烦事儿
1，作为可能 trump fixer，背后干给了 hush money （好多亿万富翁都有这类人。。
。）；但违反的法律却是 跟 竞选有关，就是这笔钱没有申报；我看FEC 网站，这个如
属实，会有 Administrative Fine，好像构不成犯罪；剩下的都是 面子的事儿！
2，就是cohen 自己背着trump 干的一些 经济问题；比如受了 T家 20万，现在cohen
这些经济 问题被抓住了，回头看看当初他自己home 被raid 也是主要这个原因，那这
些罪估计cohen 躲不掉了；
好像，cohen 现在的策略是 拉住trump，甚至威胁trump legal team，要揭漏“内幕”
，目的很明显，就是 靠trump 脱罪同时 please 那些起诉他的人，换来轻判，甚至无
罪。因为，这些人的最终target 当然是 trump！
我觉得这个有点蠢，因为现在能真的帮他其实就是trump，如果 他能一下子搞到trump
，trump 因为他手中的料，被弹劾，下台等等，pence 上台，cohen 能脱罪？
