最近一两个月准备买一辆2013 Mustang GT, 光顾了不少湾区的Dealer，现在把一些经
验心得和写出来分享，大家轻拍。
首先说一下invoice价格，kbb或者cars.com上的invoice比很多dealer给我的invoice要
低大约$500左右。Truecar上说是别的网站上不包括regional ad fees ($610, 以San
Mateo为例)。大部分dealer也这么说，但是我决定订车的dealer说这个adv assessment
已经包括在invoice价格里了，不应该额外再加，所以它给的invoice就是kbb的。

验心得和写出来分享，大家轻拍。
首先说一下invoice价格，kbb或者cars.com上的invoice比很多dealer给我的invoice要

2013年买了一辆 ford explorer，当时在honda 奥德赛和这个explorer中间选择，然后
试驾的时候觉得开得感觉不错，很厚重的感觉，然后试驾路上不巧看见了一辆奥德赛车
祸停在路边，整个车的hood都撞开了，之前试驾奥德赛觉得开得感觉一般，没啥开车的
感觉，所以后来想想美国车厚重结实所以就定下来买了explorer。
在2015年7月之前，一切都很好，开得很smooth，第三排坐的空间不错，truck很大很深
，总体觉得很值。
当然这一切美好，在七月中的一天 （大约July 15th）戛然而止，某天在parking lot
上，准备倒车打轮出去，突然方向盘被锁死，锁死意思就是你不能左转右转，steering

我们选了Edge的SEL加204A的package，因为喜欢那个加热皮椅和倒车雷达。205A的Ford

204A的车比较少，最后选了一家有车的，让他们尽力去match另一家降价最多的，再加
上Ford的750的private cash和现在的autoshow 500的cash（到下周末截止，要买的得
抓紧）。这个车的MSRP是$34,000，最后给了一个offer是26795 before TTL. 尽管还有

accelerators in as many as 1.9 million Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable sedans.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration started the probe last

-in换了Tahoe。7年开了6W多迈，最狠一次长途12天开了4400多迈。按时换机油，换过

Ford 的incentive(德州本地的是4000+750)，再加1250 rebate 如果你从Ford 贷款超

发帖数: 485 | 29 昨天我写email问M大叔买轮胎轮子质保（Ford ESP tirecare plan）的问题，因为我想
买，但当时不知道。
今天那个M大叔给我打电话，一方面说了这个问题。另外一方面他说有很多同学说看
了我的帖子跟他们联系买车，但是Ford不能批准他们的贷款. 他们自己的finance
person说是Ford的借款负责人说Ford不能贷款给非US citizenship。 他觉得奇怪，然
后他自己也打电话亲自问Ford finance 部门，得到也是一样的答案。
然后我就问他说我好多朋友（包括我这次）买车的时候都不是US citizen，也一样得到
了贷款。他说他真的不知道怎么回事，以前从来没在意过这个问题。他也不清楚我怎么
就通过了。他说他也巴不得把车都卖了，他只需要一个insurance card和一个passport
（driver license都不需要），然后购车款就能把车卖了。但是不通过Ford贷款，他就
不能给那个1250的rebate。但其他的都可以给。希望大家能理解。
所以给大家更新一下，解决方法目前未知。我不知道同学们是不是可以自己先问Ford

Our current PremiumCare extended warranty (ESP) with Ford expires soon, and
when I took our car into the dealer they offered to extend it another 5
years. The offer I was interested in was:
5 years / 60,000, $200 deductible PremiumCare for $2302 after taxes

墨作卫生经常用类似的东西，但你申请了专利，如果我家造的汽车如果也安装雨刷就得
给你交专利使用费了、或者拿我家车灯的专利跟你换着用如果你也造车，但雨刷还是得

话说回来， ford并没有向toyota购买hybrid技术。 ford是拿柴油发动机专利跟toyota
交换的专利使用。这样toyota可以造某些柴油车，而ford也可以造hybrid。 Ford的
hybrid是ford自己独立设计加工的， 所以必toyota的hybrid更安全，性能更好，不会刹不住车、也不会突然加速、也不会油管漏油。

一辆2011 Prius， 买时大约$25K, 卖时十三万多Mile，check engine light 还亮着，
在Toyota Dealer那儿Trade In$8300.
一辆2011 Subaru Forester， 买时大约$24K, 卖时五万Mile，Subaru Dealer那儿
TradeIn$13700.
一辆2011 Ford Fusion， 买时大约$22K, 卖时一万一千Mile，Ford Dealer那儿
TradeIn$11000.
在Ford Dealer那儿，Dealer说他们库存的旧车太多了，只能给这个价。另外两辆车,我
们公司自己都没想到能卖这么好的价格。
且不说Ford的旧车是否就是不可靠，但Ford每年1/3的销售是卖给租车公司等的Fleet
Sale。这些车过一两年倾销到旧车市场，大大降低了Ford旧车的价值。
买Ford新车，你要考虑考虑，可能过几年值不了几个钱。但买Ford旧车确实非常合算的。 |

买，但当时不知道。
今天那个M大叔给我打电话，一方面说了这个问题。另外一方面他说有很多个同学说看
了我的帖子打电话给他们，但是Ford不能批准他们的贷款. 他们自己的finance person
说是Ford的借款负责人说Ford不能贷款给非US citizenship。 他觉得奇怪，然后他自
己也打电话亲自问Ford finance 部门，得到也是一样的答案。
然后我就问他说我好多朋友（包括我这次）买车的时候都不是US citizen，也一样得到
了贷款。他说他真的不知道怎么回事，以前从来没在意过这个问题。他也不清楚我怎么
就通过了。他说他也巴不得把车都卖了，他只需要一个insurance card和一个passport
（driver license都不需要），然后购车款就能把车卖了。但是不通过Ford贷款，他就
不能给那个1250的rebate。但其他的都可以给。希望大家能理解。
所以给大家更新一下，解决方法目前未知。我不知道同学们是不是可以自己先问Ford

昨天趁着快到月末入了2017款Fusion SE with technology package. MSRP $24590.出
门最终总价$19080(state tax 6.25%). 觉得在八月份能以这个价格弄到2017款，已经
很开心了。
用了750 private cash offer + 500 student rebate. Ford还有750+250的rebate,和
1500的conquest offer(household拥有另一牌子的车子)。
一个月前开始看车。本来想淘淘2016款有没有比较好的折扣，结果问了一圈最低报价居
然是$19750. 众dealer对我的目标价位$18XXX都嗤之以鼻。最可气的是一家dealer，在
Email里已经跟他确认了final OTD价格。过去后居然当场抵赖，说他们家的OTD价格是
不包括TTL的。还振振有词，说你买车怎么能让我们帮你交税呢。无耻之极，立即骂了
liar走人。就这么已经折腾了快3周了。无奈之余，网上email随便问了问2017的价格，

有娃了，准备换辆大点的SUV（目前是Nissan Altima），主要看中有两点：1. 安静，
舒适。因为带娃，对噪声比较敏感，坐我的Altima根本跑不了长途，一会就烦了，所以
新车不管跑local还是highway都要安静舒适。2. 因为在北方雪州，经常下雪，第二点
看中的就是跑雪地SUV的四驱可能打滑小一些，所以试的都是AWD。预算：<30k
1. 2018 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium. sale: ~2.7k。雪州到处都是Subaru，而且CR
也评价Subaru是雪地最好的AWD。所以第一个试驾就是Outback。第一感受就是悬挂太硬
，路上有个bump就感受明显。再就是风噪，早就听说Subaru风噪控制不好，也有说
Outback已经提升很多，但实际驾驶在高速路上感觉还是噪声有点大。再就是我试的是2
.5，这个发动机赶紧太吃力了，一脚油门下去，就听到发动机轰隆隆的响，加速也很疲
软（可能也是CVT的缘故）。总结一下，比想象中的差一些。打分：70/100

奥巴马为了保护号称的5000 jobs，给中国轮胎加惩罚性税。
胡总转手就给他一个大嘴巴，给所有的美国产进口汽车加20%的关税。
中国汽车市场是全球最大的汽车市场了，这一把，美国损失的就不是5000个
jobs了，至少损失50,000个jobs + 1 billion利润。
中国方面的数据是，去年12月开始的惩罚关税已经给美国汽车业造成30亿美元
的负担。

injection) .结果还不如老款Fusion 省油。也不如Altima和Accord with I4 engine省
油。
实际MPG远小于Ford号称的EPA。
Boost起来的Horsepower 也不如自然吸气的更平滑有力。
新款Escape 也有这样的问题。
看来Ford在向现代学习，全面夸大EPA 数字。
