in the 2 years ago..i even taught some friends that they could break 90s by
just swinging by hip rotation, with upbody/arm following.
now I would say, it won't make the swing consistent either. the typical
mishit would be push , push slice.
look closely some swing motion of tour players, focus on the contact moment,
and look at the right forearm muscle, you'll see , it does need the power
from forearm to hit further, and |

be the swing i used at course.
as you can see downswing and impact the comparison, hands and shoulders. i
know i am still a flipper, no right hand and forearm roll over left. what i
did is the swing thought to add the right hand/forearm roll, and left hand
leading the impact.

对于我来说，这是一把干活的枪，我划了不心疼
对于实际操作，刚开始很紧，但是磨合之后之后顺滑很多，和经过我手的Mossberg 500
没有太大的差别，至少我感觉不出来。
199刀，鬼环，整体感觉非常Solid
上弹至少我手里这把枪不划手，没任何问题。
后座比我想象的要小。
准头没经过严格测试，上周日试枪拎着18.5寸的982去打飞碟，亏的都是自己人，否则
被笑死。最终结果25中6，还算满意，原来我还以为一个也打不到呢。
买回来之后加了6发的Side Paddle,换了Hogue的Forearm，（换这个Forearm的时候费死
劲了），从Brownells买了实际重量的Dummy摸索练习各种Load，枪到手不久，填弹口已
经被我练习Loading搞了一堆划痕，呵呵
如果说这枪对我来说有什么缺点，就是Stock我用着有点短了，正好考虑加一个Pad，减
少后座还增加个一寸，刚好。
总之，是我的菜 |

自由泳的主要动力来源于划手，提高划手效率的一个方法就是将划手变为划前臂加划手
，也就是不光手掌要正面对水，整个前臂也要正面向后对水，这样就加大了向后对水的
面积，提高了效率，代价是背部需要更有力。
要有效划臂，就需要做到高肘。高肘的意思不是在划水的时候肘的位置比手高，而是前
面说的控制肘部的位置来做到整个前臂正面对水，也就是划水的时候从肘到手的整个前
臂要垂直于身体前进的方向。与高肘相对的错误动作是拖肘，拖肘的时候也许肘的位置
还比手高，但是前臂是向后倾斜的，前臂的方向没有垂直于身体前进的方向，对水面积
不大，效率不高，常发生在疲劳、背部力量不足的时候。
要做到高肘划水，一个简单的技术就是早竖前臂（Early Vertical Forearm，EVF）。

说说我能看出来的问题吧，最明显的就是手腕弯了，用手掌去划水了，而不是early
vertical FOREARM！EVF高肘抱水的核心是手掌和前臂forearm作为一个整体的paddle做
到vertical向下（对着后面），而高肘不只是简单的肘的位置高于手，更重要的是做到
肘尖的骨头指向上（高处，水面），这样才能抱住水，后面的划水和推水才能有力。要
做出这个EVF，上臂必须内旋，抱住水后是靠背阔肌拉上臂来划水。
建议在练习EVF的初级阶段就简单地记住手掌合前臂要保持直线，手腕不能弯。

If you grap under your right wrist using your left hand, you won't be able

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
