mile run in VFF right now I would

m****i 发帖数: 1980 | 7 looks like you need wear stability shoe |
|

you can try Mizuno Archimy 9,not hard at all... |

c*******r 发帖数: 13580 | 11 mizuno alchemy 9? alchemy is on the soft side. I have worn a pair of alchemy
7 and they are super soft on the heels, almost encouraging you to heel
strike. I just got a pair of alchemy 9 and have run 4 miles on a treadmill
today. they feel a bit firmer than 7 and thinner on the forefeet. I will get
a better idea after tomorrow's run on asphalt. they are the lightest I can
find among MC shoes. |

f*******e 发帖数: 4531 | 12 我觉得要想小腿不酸,必须要高步频,低步频很难,不过高步频累大腿。 |

shoes though, like brooks addiction. |

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 16 You need to strengthen your calf muscles instead of looking for cushions in
your shoes. You don't need cushions. Your BMI is 18. Come on, that's built
for running. You could be doing all of your training in flats. You just need
to work on your strength and biomechanics. |
|
e*e 发帖数: 6808 | 17 good to get such confirmation. I don't like cushion anyway. am wearing flats
for runs except long run on trail with lots of rocks.:) |

c*******r 发帖数: 13580 | 18 I second this one, you are too light to need cushion. even I feel like
alchemy 7 has too much cushion. you are about half of my weight.

i found the best mininlist shoes are crossing country spikeless flats.
they meet all my criteria:
1. A minimalist shoe should be lightweight
2. A minimalist shoe should not have a lot of structure to the upper
3. A minimalist shoe should not have a thick, heavily cushioned heel
4. and more practical rule that I believe in is that a minimalist shoe
should never cost more than $50.
only disadvantage for some runners is that they a... 阅读全帖 |

b***i 发帖数: 10018 | 37 i guess top 10 is different from top 200. anyway, my point is changing
footstrike is not an easy task. From my shoe wear patterns, i think my left
foot does heel striking and right foot does midfoot striking. my goal is to
change my left foot to midfoot striking in a year.

b***i 发帖数: 10018 | 38 uphill is easy, flat is harder, downhill is much harder. doing it for a few

whxhm1 has some very good advice on how to use forefoot landing for
downhills in an earlier thread.

f*******e 发帖数: 4531 | 46 To me, calf sore is not bad. I can get it over in 2~3 days. It is very
typical when you start forefoot landing. There really nothing to be worried
about.
Whenever I feel anything uncomfortable, I would reduce my speed or duration
of my workouts. I have knee problem for years. Has to be careful with it.
Not sure what your burning sensation means. If it is bloody blister, it is
not really something to worry. You will build you skin tough gradually.

r*****1 发帖数: 383 | 49 I added jump rope to my work out this week. Jump Rope is good since:
- Train your leg muscle and train for forefoot landing
- Avoid the knee damage since the impact of each jump or step is absorbed by
the balls of your feet rather than the heels
- Combination of an aerobic workout and coordination-building footwork. (For
running you want to increase your cadence to 160 to 180 steps per minute)
-It's a perfect warm up exercise in winter. And you could do it indoors when weather is harsh.
