Bail forfeiture in your case means:
If you don't go to the court, you lost your bail. But police will not issue
a warrant to catch you.
your fine will detemine by the judge. A misdemeanor criminal conviction
carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $1,000.00 fine. (RCW 9.

现收到法庭的criminal citation,有两个选项，court appearance和 bail forfeiture
109$.照罚单背面的说法，如果交钱就不用上庭：
If a dollar amount appears in the box marked by BAIL, you do not have to appear in court. Instead, send a check to the court. This will close your case.
但这是不是不等于认了罪misdemeanor？罚款我愿意交，但不希望留misdemeanor案底。请问这种情况应该怎么处理？万分感谢！！ |

comply with requirements for trading internationally in roots of American
ginseng. Specifically, attempt to export a CITES plant without the required
CITES export permit.
还说怀疑我有商业用途。也许是因为我写的是朋友工作单位的地址？？然后告诉我我可
以做的是：
1. abandon，填个abandon form 然后政府就没收我的西洋参

上签字了。当时警察说让我30天内把罚金邮寄给法庭即可，而且没有Record。(有点怀
疑)
罚单上有3个选项，
Option 1 Personally appear in court at the time and place indicated on this
citation and enter a plea to the offenses charged your counsel may appear
for you
Option 2 Bring or mail this citation to the court, along with a cashier’s

人生终于又完整了一次,拿到驾照后的第3年,收到人生的第一张罚单.费话少说,问了问
周边的人,目前给我的建议是,去上庭,认罪,去驾校,请求reduce fine.
传票上写了4个选项:

发帖数: 209 | 41 一个月前由于大清早疲劳驾驶（一直熬夜到早上写paper），闯红灯加wrong way，被警
察拦下，最近收到了citation notice，给了三个选项：
1. To pay your ticket (bail forfeiture) - 交$730
You may pay and close this citation by bail forfeiture with no further
action necessary.
2. Request court appearance - 交$730
3. Traffic school (traffic school must be attended in the state of
California) - 交$610
信里面说是在上面的三个选项中只能选一个。可是我的问题是如果我选了1的话，到底
是否还要上traffic school呢？既然是三选一，那么为啥在3里还强调traffic shcool
必须要上？是不是最终就只能选3不选1？
我的问题很傻，因为以前没有吃过罚单，是新手，真心向过来人请教！ |

今天终于收到court notice。但是我的notice 上没有Trial by Declaration的选项。
选项包括：
Proof of Correction; Amount Due with Proof of Correct N/A.所以这项我不能选

美国食品暨药物管理局(FDA)前华裔化学家梁诚一(Cheng Yi Liang，音译)，因屡
次利用与职务有关的非公开资料从事内线交易，5日获判五年徒刑。他从内线交易获得
的380万元非法利益也被下令没收。
助理司法部长布鲁尔(Lanny Breuer)说：「梁诚一利用在FDA担任化学家接触的敏
感内线资料，从制药业股票市场获得不法利益。他多年来利用在FDA的职务在股市轻易
赚钱，可是今天的判刑显示这种做法的后果。」
卫生福利部督察长办公室特别探员马隆(Elton Malone)说：「梁某利用敏感的内线
资料大胆谋利。他不知道调查人员早就利用先进科技工具发掘和追踪犯罪行为。我们将
继续坚持联邦员工遵守最高标准。」
58岁的梁诚一去年10月18日承认触犯一款证券诈欺罪和一款提供不实证词的罪名，
