上周六刚刚考完FAR，算是我最后一门CPA的考试，趁现在还记得，给大家说一下考经：
(1)选择题的考点，基本上becker都cover到，明显感觉在第三个testlet上，有不少
IFRS的内容，如果掌握到考点，题目不难。我在考试中，明显感觉GOV和NFP的选择题不
多，心想到simulation要被恶心了。
(2)Simulation：一个research,在ASC下，我觉得再不会做research就太不应该了，我
花了大约2分钟，就找到了完全合适的答案。
一个BANK REC，很简单的题目，就是要分清哪些调整在book，哪些调整在bank
statement，透露给大家，这个bank rec很多人都被考到过了，记得复习一下，真的很
简单，但要知道里面的那个term，比如什么是NSF check

美国政府15日稍早向法院提起诉讼，寻求没收陈水扁夫妇当权期间，涉嫌以贿款购买的2栋豪宅。其中一栋在纽约曼哈顿；另一栋在弗吉尼亚州凯斯威克(Keswick)。
本案的提讼依据，是美国法典第18编第981条；及第18编第1956、1957条的相关条文。其中第981条为民事没收法(Civil Forfeiture)；第1956条为利用金融工具洗钱相关法律；1957条为藉由特定不法活动，从事房地产交易。
根据向纽约州及弗吉尼亚州司法部提出民事没收诉状内容，当中所列犯罪事实，与台湾检方的起诉书内容相同。
诉状中并提出6大起诉理由，其中包括被告名下房产是以不法行为所得资金购得等。

在要到出口的地方换lane
结果被警察抓，说我跑到79mile（限速65）
当时警察告诉我not guilty，但是要被罚款

估计是那天专门出来找超速的抓
今天收到法院的单子
说bail forfeiture $222.00 （抱怨一下，真贵啊）
or with traffic school $285.00
因为是我的第一张ticket，不太明白
我想问一下，这个with traffic school的贵几十块钱，为啥要去？
不上traffic school有啥坏处？去了有啥好处？

上个月由于连续加班赶论文到早上5，6点，所以在早上开车回家时精神比较恍惚。结果
月底的一天早上，6点左右回家，路上发现自己错过了左转，就紧急左转，由于转的太
急，不小心转到了逆行的lane上，不过马上就转回来了（当时路上除我一辆车都没有）
。但是马上就被警察盯上，停下后他告诉我虽然直行是绿灯，但是左转是红灯，我不能
转的，另外我开进了wrong way，所以给的一张citation里面有两个violation：一个是
闯红灯，一个是wrong way。
罚单：刚刚收到了$700多的Ticket（Bail Forfeiture），外加$608的traffic school
问题：
1. 本人穷学生一个，我开的车当时买的还不到$2500，结果罚单一下子这么多，确实承
受不起。 请问我这种情况下，上庭和法官plea，请求把这个700多减到500以下的可能
性有多大？可否向法官请求减免traffic school的这$608？

可怜的我，才是25限速的开了38，在San Jose, 加州南湾Santa Clara County。如果我
嫌麻烦认罚，难道是 $244+$283吗？难道我不得不上法庭和丫他们拼了? 我十年前也在
加州其它county吃个罚单，非常类似的charge，记得最后认罚才100刀左右，现在怎么
