1. Proof of correction
2. To pay your ticket (bail forfeiture)
3. Request court appearance

4. Traffic School
我想去court碰个运气，万一警察没去，就dismiss了。
警察要是去了，听说就几乎不可能翻案了
那样的话，是不是就只能认罚交钱上traffic school了？
法官能减免一点吗？ 是不是还要加上court fee阿？
我该怎么选上面的选项呢？

里有关于买家违约( breach of contract)的remedy:forfeiture of deposit or
making the deposit non-refundable.
我不是律师,不能提供Legal Advise.但是我学过加州的房地产法, 总体上好像是不容许
有惩罚性的赔偿. 只赔偿违约一方造成的具体损失liquidated damage(不管是买卖哪一
方违约).
举例如果Seller违约了100万的合同, 如果Seller不卖了, 买家的损失只有房屋检查/贷
款等已经花去的具体费用. 如果Seller违约了100万的合同, 转手卖给了另一位买家110
万. 这样买家就可以追溯10万美元的差价,因为2份合同的差价有时间差,这段时间内买
家损失了10万美元. 签字的合同价格就是当时有人愿意买而且有人愿意卖的市场价格. |
