现在工作那边的有个condo是高峰价格时买的，现在欠bank的钱和现在房子价格差不多
，除掉realtor的钱，还要贴大概2万。所以想short sale或者walk away了,似乎short
sale对credit影响小一些，但是我们实在不想多花时间在上面。想知道几个问题：
1.short sale差价要自己给补上还是银行可以forgiven?
2.如果银行forgiven,是不是要求显示bank statement没有钱了，也没有工资进来。

一、普救論實際上否定了人類有任何真正的自由意志
一般坚决反对普救論的人相信Irresistible Grace，作为普救論者，我也相信

上帝要人做什么，不是代表上帝需要什么东西。
上帝让人爱人如己。
人不这么做，上帝还是上帝，上帝还是照样存在。
牲祭是用来补偿人的罪。罪要生命来还，因为人犯罪，上帝要人用牲口祭祀来补偿人的
罪。
上帝自己不需要吃喝这些祭品。但是如果人不祭献，那个有罪的人就要自己死。所以上
帝给人一个让动物代人替罪的办法。这也是上帝正直（惩罚罪）与上帝对人的爱（让动
物顶替）不矛盾的一个说明。耶稣的血做为一个完美的祭品，为所有（相信耶稣）的人
洗清了罪过。

1）基督徒们相信“圣经”是“神的话语”。

雅各书
5：14 你们中间有病了的呢，他就该请教会的长老来。他们可以奉主的名用油抹他，为
他祷告。
Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray
over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.
5：15 出于信心的祈祷，要救那病人，主必叫他起来。他若犯了罪，也必蒙赦免。
And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord
will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.
